I love this trommel,,,,,,, definitely well built,,, material is being washed throughout. The larger rocks are being classified to the side, .... congrats
I have one of Bills’ drywasher. I love that sucker!!! He builds quality stuff.
thanks for the great revue seeing it in person does make a difference did you see the gold we got from there !!!! what a great mine
Good job, I'm building for a worm casting sifter, good to see them used for so many things ☺
Cool set up guys, well done. A fair bit of water sloshes out the front when over loaded. A lip on the end would probably lesson the loss out from there. Cheers Andy
Love it lol I wish I had the plans for this so I guess I should call the number lol.... The big boulder was a bit to much for me but handled it very well..
Nice, very nice system, love it. I have noticed that every time you load the hopper, a lot of wet fine material is falling out before it enters the trommel. This can lead to loss of material that you don't want to loose. Love the design!!
Obviously a lot of hard work went into building this trommel. Congrats on what you have so far...now take it to the next level.
The spraybar isn't really doing anything other than lubricating the material thus enabling it to flow into the trommel. You need to hit the raw material with a lot of water to create a semi-fluid slurry.
I'd make the header box twice as deep, twice as long, and a pair of "blasters", i,e, fire hose-like nozzles directed upstream to thoroughly wash all the rock and get a really good slurry in the header box BEFORE it enters the trommel.
Add a dam to the upstream end of the trommel barrel to prevent heavies from slopping out the wrong end of the barrel.
Replace the sluice mats with Gold Hog mats or better yet, an Angus MacKirk sluice. Will reduce your cleanup times by over 50%.
Looks like a great machine, but you needed to level the sluice and add more water flow.
Why would you put anything bigger than a golf ball through it? No need, it just tears your trommel up. You should classify out the large rocks and wash them in a tub. This ain't gold rush's big red, its a river sluice and should only see pre-classified material down to palm sized stone.
Fact 5 my first thought!!
TOM GRAY i saw that.
Showing off
in the immortal words of gurney halleck........."gods, what a monster"
Oh where to start... mate there's not enough water in your sluice. Its choking upband you have no smooth transition. Material is falling iut the back if your hopper I.e. gold.... the screen is too early so clay will slip throught without breaking up. Other than that it looks great.
about the only thing good on this trommel is the motor and pump set up turning the belt of the trommel and pumping water at same time .. not that I can say much as I havent attempted to make my own yet so well done
Didn't I see this video a few days ago? I know you guys are putting the boulders through for the video but it is still impressive even without them. I saw this in action at the ICMJ Summit and it is well built.
How long did it take to silt fill the water source enough to stop your operation?
You guys ought to watch out. I noticed a lot of mud pouring out of the mouth of the drum onto the ground. Might be missing some good stuff in that. Really impressive machine though.
exactly my thought
Awesome setup but very short Sluice. Do you find it’s long enough?
yeah but not enough water over sluice ,your classified material should move down the sluice .
Was the title bouncing around at the beginning on purpose? I couldn't tell...just curious
we are based out of so. California and we can ship almost anywhere in the world
Do you have a parts list, so I can make my own?
That would be cool to run, where you based out of?
You need more water volume flowing over that sluice.
By the amount of gravel built up on the top of the sluice I would say something is wrong here. This will greatly decrease the efficiency of the operation.
NICE BEAST LADS BUT EH HEM TAILINGS LADS ,, TAILINGS
CLEAR THE FRIKIN TAILINGS LOL
Not Bad:)
Looks like you warp stabilizer didn't work right
sonuç nedir, bu cihaz elek gibi çalışıyor, altın yakalaması çok zor
Web site?
Need a twenty tonne excavator to load big rocks in faster lol
Impressive machine but. Well done
Tell me how much is the price and how we communicate'm from South America.
give us a call at madmining and we will give you all the details you will need 626-782-gold
thanks bill
Do you have website?
Süper
Грамадно чётко компактно отлично зделано
It must suck to do all that work setting this thing up and moving all that material to just have gold wash out of your sluice because it is too low slope or low water flow and is plugged up full of light material. But yeah, nice machine, hope you didn't take too much life off of it showing of how sturdy it is. Maybe add a cone and crush those big bastards.
You need to classify some before adding to trommel
that was to big ''rock'' why!!!????
..got excited and started overloading it...it looks as though that big one actually bent the tr-tube. . Sure cleaned those rocks though, cool.
Trying to show off. ... there is no need to run big rocks like that,,, it only destroys stuff
i think your going to bend, and break the welds on your screens by putting so larg of rocks in that machine plus burn out your motor faster. only my opinion though your machine.
ese señor tan bruto metiéndole esa roca
How mouch price ?
I wouldn't give you 5 dollars for that. The bar at the discharge end hangs shit up.
The straight flow in the sluicebox is gone because of all this rocks piling up on top, not good, you are losing gold big time at the back. And what is the purpose of throwing such big rocks in it??
What's price machine
Billmaddog,@ 2.25 The water exiting your sluice box is coming off at one side of the sluice run that means your trommell is not plumb or "Level" ,I hate to say it but your losing GOLD !
Seems a bit mismatched
mi lost a lot of gold not being off lavel
Leave off the part where the lightning strikes the shithouse....don't warp new trommel with big rocks...its not impressive. Water to sluice ratio is off. Keep riffles from filling over tops...
look at all that back wash from the top of the trommel behind the motor when the throw the buckets in the shoot, Not good
เทคโนโลยี่ใช้ให้เป็นก้ได้ประโยชน์ประดิษดัดแปลง
Itu mah nuci batu ,bukan cari emas ,knpa batu yg gede di masukin ,ngerusak mesin yg ada
Your loosing All The GOLD if you get its nothing vs the loss
What's the fucking point of putting big fucking rocks in there?
като конструкция е добре ,но водата ти е малко.и другото което е ти изпуска материал от фунията
🤣😂🤣😂
You're losing gold because you're sluice box is not level and you don't have enough water pressure you need to check that stuff out before you say the best trauma that you can get
Wtf did I just whatch lmao lay off the discovery channel
