I think laser should've had a little damage increase as well. Looking at poor green lv30 laser covering the whole map while dealing almost no damage was kinda sad.

The use of Unity’s lighting system ALONE was able to help this video look absolutely amazing

Wow! The quality of this is amazing! Unity appears to have many more things than Algodoo. Please keep using it! But also don’t leave Algodoo behind. It’s the classic style of your channel that I have nostalgia for.
One thing Algodoo has that unity doesn't have: efficient simulation of hundreds of 2D objects. Or maybe I was just doing it wrong?
It is a game making software after all!
@@stevenfallinge7149 there are ways to improve it, like Data-Oriented Technology Stack (DOTS) or Entity Component System (ECS)
This looks and feels better than the previous cannon defense video, good job MIKAN

I like how instead of each marble bouncing around in their own area and having separate marbles for defenders and units like the first episode, they all share the same space and are used for both! That and there being a Special that shoots out of the main cannon
i knew such a long gap in posting meant something high quality was coming. Never been disappointed, this looks ready to be a real game to play with its shadowing, effects, and just pure quality.

Two things need to be added
1. Details for the unit bits
(So like the name of all the types like you did with the defenders,or how fast a unit with speed 6 is)
2. More options for all ui (so like a size 9 unit )
You could just add theses for optional bits so the simulation doesn't lag lots

Fun Fact: Stealth is the only type that did not return, it might return along with Normal, Rusher, Attacker, Bomb, Shield, & Almighty in Cannon Defense 3
along with new ones like:
Mother: Summons a batch of 4-8 smaller units when defeated
Spider: Spawns webs that trap rival defenders
Dispenser: Summons a unit every 2 seconds
Tricker: Spawns Decoys that cannot be seen by defenders (except Long Laser), it can only be targeted if a Long Laser spots it unlike Stealth

Your talent with lighting is unbelievable
[REDACTED] got screwed by positioning when the color opposite them died leaving them stuck between two enemies, but they did NOT take it lying down. They were gearing up for another utterly terrifying wave when they went down, too. Scorched earth all the way.
I also love how the map basically just turns into a rave party at the end, even that one leftover green turret getting in on the action

oh man, unity. Can't wait to see what crazy stuff happens with a powerhouse like this.
Though, while complexity is great, this one was a bit hard to follow. I feel like making a super complex ruleset for a 1v1 is great, but for more than that it's a bit overwhelming.
