2 Paver Sealing Jobs In 1 Day!!!

- Today Im doing somehting Ive yet to accomplish! Im cleaning, sanding and sealing 2 pool deck pavers in 1 day! This worked out perfect because the jobs were about 30 minutes away from each other. At the 1st job everything went well up until time to seal, 1st the pavers needed additional dry time and 2nd the weather got too hot which prompt me to add 3 coats of sealer because the first 2 coats flashed dry from the heat. The 2nd job went very smooth and the customer loved the results and since then has left me a 5 star review and shared his after pics with his neighbors.

Best way to price it our is by square ft. Find out what your market or area is charging and go from there.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thank you! Also if I was to buy 5 gallon bucket of sealant, what do people mean it will be 20 gallon liquid. Because from my understanding 5 gallon bucket covers 1000 sq feet, or does a 5 gallon bucket cover more. Thank you
@RobertJennings-xi3tk if you buy a 2 part sealer you can mix each gallon with 2 gallons of water. It's not 20 gallons. It will be 10 gallons.
If you water it down more you can get 20 gallons

I've done 7 jobs in a day buy paver sealing is no joke lol
Can you use a pump sprayer to add the sealant to the pavers? Using your mix ratios? Do those ratios also change depending on the color of paver?
In the beginning I used to use a pump up. Then I moved on to more efficient methods of application. Just know that with 2 part sealers the pump up with clog up very fast due do the hardener in the sealer.
Color isn't gonna change like that. You may get more sheen but not color since the sealer is a enhancer. You will only get a dramatic color change if you tint the pavers
What do you like more dry sand or wet sanding it in?
Dry sand cause I can apply sealer right away

Paver sealing is priced per square foot yes. And your total includes cleaning , sanding (as needed) , sealing and labor. Your price per sq ft will depend on your business and market.

I think i love the mondo only because I run it on the 12gpm. I don't think I'd like it on the 8gpm just like I didn't like running resputia on the 8gpm. Just way too slow
