I don't know how big the village was but places don't close down if they are making money. Suddenly had picture in mind of the same 5 people coming in each night and regardless of how warm and welcoming a place might be crowds would need to stop by to keep it alive

I live just a few miles from here, was a nice little boozer. And its claim to fame is that Ozzy Osborne used to drink in there when he lived nearby.
