All on X Mock up Surgery Demonstration

This is a wonderful full mouth reconstruction case with Immediate loading that was assisted by Image3DConstruction. This was an All-on-X case where immediate extraction and Bone Reduction was involved. The Sequential Guide was designed and fabricated following indexing guide, Bone Reduction Guide and Implant Placement Guide for fully Guided System. Instead of stackable Guide, Buccal aspect guide was designed to avoid lingual flap. Entire treatment planning was executed using BlueSkyPlan software by Image3DConversion team (@CBCT to Surgical Guide Solution). The fabrication was executed using Nexdent 5100 printer.
