Why would anyone want a 2nd wife? 2 anniversary to remember and more gifts to buy, 2 valentines, and 2 birthdays. Sounds like a big headache and it's hard to find the perfect person let alone 2 people that you like so enough to marry. I barely have time for 1 relationship with a job, bodybuilding, cooking, and then time for family and friends. I could never love more than one women and I can't wait for the 4 wives video as that never made sense to me.
Across many faiths, it's difficult to find enough pious men for all the devoted, believing women to marry. So I understand why the option exists. It also sounds like an insane amount of effort to balance in righteousness. I can't imagine anyone choosing that path unless they felt God called them to it.
Thanks for everything! Islam leads only goodness. Real muslims respect everyone and do only positive things. "Assalamu alaykum" means "Be healthy and take care of you".

Every couple is different and we should always respect their decisions. Especially regarding children because honestly u should grow as a couple before having children. Children are difficult don’t let the fantasise media on children trick u because it actually have lead many couples to depression and divorce because they jump too quickly. Maybe because of social and family pressure. It’s hard but think of ur relationship first because u would have the burden and responsibility alone. Not saying having children is bad but to just respect ones decision. I love this couple. ❤
Yesssss loving the unity talk and the acknowledgment of polyamory ma shaa Allah!! I was polyamorous before I was Muslim (so like that’s my natural relationship orientation). I’ve ALWAYS wanted a polygamous marriage and alhamdulillah my current husband feels the same (last eventually was but… it didn’t work out. W Allahu alam). I actually know someone who had* four wives (his second wife just passed, inna Lillahi w inna ilayhi raji’oon 😔). It’s definitely super hard, people don’t realize! You have to be “built a certain way” and really communicate if you want it to work out well. And financially it’s a major burden on a man! So yea. People are silly thinking all men just automatically polygamist 😅😅😅 Also on the boundaries thing lol My kid tried to hug my “little sisters” at the masjid and I was like “oh. Kiddo. Yea. You can’t hug them. *explains Islamic boundaries*” whoops should have explained before taking him to the mosque for the first time 🤣
I am a World History teacher, and we just finished our unit on the Protestant reformation. My kids didn't realize how different Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are.
Its so funny when people ask Muslim men if they have multiple wives when plural marriage does not exist in Islam alone. There are Christian denominations/groups that allow polyamory, but nobody is going around asking every Mormon or fundamentalist if they have multiple wives.

Main difference is the belief as to whether or not the Prophet (peace be upon him) at God’s (Praise be to Him) command appointed someone to lead the Muslims after his death. Sunnis do not believe anyone specific was appointed, Shia believe his cousin and son-in-law Ali (peace be with him) was appointed.

Thank you so much for your channel and content. It's really educational and fun. I'm scared to let my family know, I don't want them putting the blame on my son's dad, even though he isn't atheist. But I did however go to him and ask questions regarding things I was feeling or thinking and he'd answer them. But because of his religion (Satanist) the blame will be placed on him, like apparently I'm not smart enough to make my own decisions about MY BELIEFS 🤦🤦🤦

I think that happens a lot now for political reasons but If we really know what the prophet teach; we can't criticize Muslims as long as they are not far a way from Islam and that happen with every sect. Best regards.
I really like your answer about the sunni and shia thing. Personally I was born into a sunni family but nevertheless i would not say i am sunni because i am simply a muslim alhamdulillah
I do understand that we’re all Muslim, but Sunnis and Shias have some very big differences ( like Shias believe in Ali (ra) is a prophet or something, correct me if I’m wrong, I’m Sunni so I don’t know much myself 😅 ), but otherwise for the subsects ( Like Sufism or Salafism ) and stuff we shouldn’t divide ourselves cause it’s just very confusing and the ummah is supposed to be united as one
Us shias we believe in Allah as our God and Prophet Muhammad as our last prophet. Imam Ali and our other 11 imams who are the family of the prophet us considered as guides after the prophet where they kept Islam, they are not considered as prophets but like our Imams. There many other sects in shia where people think other things like Imam Ali is our God astaghfiruallah. I can guarantee you this is not real Shi’ism. We are not muslim if we dont believe in Allah and his prophets. We are impatiently waiting for Imam Mahdi ( the grandson of the prophet and Ali) where Islam will he united.Hope this clears the misunderstandings.
@@nasrinsafdari221 I see, but then why make yourself a whole new sect? We should follow the way of prophet Muhammad pbuh But i heard y'all do things like pray on a rock? ( SORRY IF IM WRONG THATS WHAT I HEARD ) so there are some differences, no?
@@rabiaali11 Yeah i believe that's the core belief of Islam, but these sects do have differences, i just like to say I'm Sunni and that i follow whatever Allah and the Prophet pbuh say
@@someoneplays2122 STOP POINTING OUT THINGS THAT YOU HAVE ONLY “HEARD”! that’s so disrespectful. Heres your answer. The Shi'ah Muslims prefer to prostrate on a small block of earth, called a Turbah, which is usually made from clay from the land of Karbala in Iraq. According to the Shi'ah Ja'fari fiqh - which is one of the five main schools of law in Islam - prostration must be performed on pure earth or what grows on it, provided that it is not eaten or worn. This includes dust, stone, sand and grass, provided that it is not a mineral. Prostration on paper is permitted, because it is made of a material which grows on earth, but not cloth or carpets. Praying on the earth was certainly the practice of the Prophet (s) and those around him. • Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri: I saw Allah's Apostle prostrating in mud and water and saw the mark of mud on his forehead. [Al-Bukhari, Sahih (English translation), vol. 1, book 12, no. 798; vol. 3, book 33, no. 244] • Narrated Anas bin Malik: We used to pray with the Prophet in scorching heat, and if someone of us could not put his face on the earth (because of the heat) then he would spread his clothes and prostrate over them. [Al-Bukhari, Sahih (English translation), vol. 2, book 22, no. 299] According to this hadith only in exceptional circumstances would the Prophet (s) and his Companions prostrate on cloth. This is the reason why Shi'ah Muslims carry small tablets, usually made from the earth of Karbala, which enables them to do prostration on this highly recommended object and to follow the sunnah of the Prophet (s).
Just want to clarify that the reason why some Muslims ask if you're Sunni or Shi'a is not because they hate Shi'as or Sunnis, rather it's because they view the other sect as deviance and want to help the person realise that. I am a Sunni and all Sunni means is a Muslim that follows the way of the Prophet ﷺ. It also needs to be noted that there aren't sects within Sunnism, they are called madhabs, and all of them are accepted by other Sunnis. For example, I am a Hanafi and another person may be Maliki. We do things differently but we don't oppose what the other does or believes because all madhahib are accepted. As Muslims, it is important we teach other Muslims about Islam, and the Prophet ﷺ said there are 73 sects, of which only one will be saved and admitted to Jannah. I know you have good intentions by not stating whether you are Sunni or Shi'a, however, Shi'as can be considered as deviants of Islam by Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah, and you would not see any scholar responding ambigously when asked if they are Sunni or Shi'a. I say this with a lot of respect and hope someone can benefit from this 🤍
Regarding the wives question: I'm a Muslim and was born and raised in a Muslim country. I've only met a man with 4 wives and 2 wives once. Non with 3 wives. Most of the men like probably 95% of muslim men in my country only have 1 wife X'D
Marriage is a sacred institution in Islam with very important objectives. In most cases, the objective is achieved through monogamy. However, in certain situations, a man is allowed to marry more than one wife, with the condition that he treats his wives with justice, and takes the decision with Taqwa or God Consciousness. The idea that Islam allows polygamy so that men could pursue lust and as an excuse to fulfill sensual desires is a far cry from what Islam actually wishes to achieve.
Polygamy is allowed, though not mandatory, as a remedial measure for certain situations that may arise from time to time. The primary occasion then for the provision of polygamy is in war-time situations. During times of war, the number of men in the society is reduced due to war casualties. Consequently, there is an increase in the number of widows and orphans. For such situations, Islam gives the provision of polygamy so that the widows and orphans could continue to have the possibility of a family life after the passing of the husband/father.

SCARFACE!!! Hey guys, great video as always 🤍 So I have a question, what if you’re a person on your own who lives in the western world and has grown up in a predominantly Christian country but you’re drawn to Islam? Knowing your heart belongs to god but your family and friends would give you up and reject you. Even confirmation out of their mouths? I know a lot of people’s answer would be to follow your heart but what if without your family you had nothing and you’d be in terrible financial struggle. Is it right that this prevents you from converting? Or does it mean in spite of all the problems, you should convert anyway and if you don’t then you aren’t ready to convert?
They mentioned this in another video. What makes someone Muslim is simple and private, a sacred moment with Allah. That can happen regardless of anything else and you would know that about yourself. God does not ask us to run before we can walk. Everything else should come one step at a time. Maybe the path to becoming more able to practice is developing financial independence. Maybe it is strengthening relationships so that when this truth is shared, those relationships can withstand trials to come. Maybe it's just continuing to research and learn while being unable to actively practice Islam out of concern for safety. Faith is a journey without end that brings us closer to God. This is true of Islam as well.
I think the solution (if you are convinced of Islam and you did research and it leads you to Islam) is to hide it from your family (if you know that they are against Islam and other religions) For example, if hijab causes family to attack the girl, then she does not need to wear it. (My Hungarian friend was beaten to death because of it I am so sorry so the advise everyone gave her is to take it off, I mean this huge attack is because she is Hungarain European not Arab, or Muslim from childhood) The same thing with other duties, if it is possible to practice secretary I wish you the best of the best, and I wish you find the right path Smile and have a nice day!
It's ok. But sperm donor, egg donor, surrogacy, are not allowed. The egg has to be from the wife. The sperm has to be from the husband. And the baby has to be carried by the wife.
@@1970Mom there is no official stance. Islam today has no single leader like the Catholic Pope. Scholars can have their own opinions, their own ways. Maybe different from one to another. I haven't been able to get to know many Muslims in my life because of the areas I have lived, where being either atheist or Christian was the norm, and so I'm glad to have found your channel. People shouldn't be asking for house tour. It's personal.
You’re definitely right, it is personal. We don’t mind sharing parts of our home, but influencers in general should not be pressured if they are uncomfortable sharing it.
People might have asked for it because its a thing and many vloggers, youtubers do it....if someone is not comfortable, they can speak for themselves and deny it...simple!!

Facts 😂😂
Across many faiths, it's difficult to find enough pious men for all the devoted, believing women to marry. So I understand why the option exists.
It also sounds like an insane amount of effort to balance in righteousness. I can't imagine anyone choosing that path unless they felt God called them to it.

You guys are admazing ! I am a Shia Muslim. And enjoy learning about other people.
So yea. People are silly thinking all men just automatically polygamist 😅😅😅
Also on the boundaries thing lol My kid tried to hug my “little sisters” at the masjid and I was like “oh. Kiddo.

Exactly, or some people are just into that. I’d never judge anybody for consensual decisions.
Because it's more commonly practiced in muslim societies
Mormons abolished definitively poligamy over a century ago, so it's not the same thing. And poliamory is not allowed for Christians in general

Scarface. love you guys May Allah guid and protect you and may Allah bless you with good children when the time comes.
can y’all clarify the difference between sunni and shia? i don’t know the meaning
Of course there are differences in practice that have developed over the centuries, but this is the difference in belief.
@@rosethompson1983 he was not appointed because Ali was Mohammad’s cousin or Son in Law. He was appointed because he was the one highest in Taqwa. He was the best Muslim among all others and only person worthy of guiding the Ummah.

We all believe in 1 God, 1 Quran and Prophet Muhammad is the last prophet
We should follow the way of prophet Muhammad pbuh

• Narrated Anas bin Malik: We used to pray with the Prophet in scorching heat, and if someone of us could not put his face on the earth (because of the heat) then he would spread his clothes and prostrate over them.
[Al-Bukhari, Sahih (English translation), vol. 2, book 22, no. 299]
According to this hadith only in exceptional circumstances would the Prophet (s) and his Companions prostrate on cloth.
This is the reason why Shi'ah Muslims carry small tablets, usually made from the earth of Karbala, which enables them to do prostration on this highly recommended object and to follow the sunnah of the Prophet (s).
Yes it was his decision!!! He love and wished to be Muslim!!!
Both of you looked completely different 1 year before!!

Hey guys, great video as always 🤍
So I have a question, what if you’re a person on your own who lives in the western world and has grown up in a predominantly Christian country but you’re drawn to Islam?
@@tinkeramma thankyou
I think the solution (if you are convinced of Islam and you did research and it leads you to Islam) is to hide it from your family (if you know that they are against Islam and other religions)
For example, if hijab causes family to attack the girl, then she does not need to wear it. (My Hungarian friend was beaten to death because of it I am so sorry so the advise everyone gave her is to take it off, I mean this huge attack is because she is Hungarain European not Arab, or Muslim from childhood)
The same thing with other duties, if it is possible to practice secretary
I wish you the best of the best, and I wish you find the right path
Smile and have a nice day!
Just curious, If one had fertility problems, would it be ok in Islam to seek fertility assistance? I.e. hormones, IUI, or IVF?
Depends on the treatment but yes :) its perfectly fine to do so
It's ok.
But sperm donor, egg donor, surrogacy, are not allowed. The egg has to be from the wife. The sperm has to be from the husband. And the baby has to be carried by the wife.
@@1970Mom I know some devout muslim couples who have children through IVF. So, I think that's ok
@@1970Mom there is no official stance. Islam today has no single leader like the Catholic Pope. Scholars can have their own opinions, their own ways. Maybe different from one to another.
