He did renew the delivery valve copper washer but he did not show if he did renew the delivery valve holder rubber o- rings, which can cause the fuel to leak. The delivery valve holder should also be tighten to correct tightening torque. Anyway thanks for your time showing this video.

.i opened the the pressure valve holder of an bosch diesel fuel pump (part number 0 400 074 922) FROM Mercedes 240 GD, OM 616.936 ENGINE to change O-ring seal,because the air leak.then i tightened the valve but when i am trying to start the engine.now there is no leak in the valve now, but the pump have no pressure enough in this cylinder that i changed the o ring.when i am trying with the manual low pressure pump to see if there is still fuel leak its ok.but when i am trying with the starter i notice air in the plastic tube which goes to the pump from the filter.and no pressure in the valve.somewhere i read that if the valve removed with the copmression spring and the copper seal maybe the pressure valve carier thast inside need after this arrangement.maybe something broken inside...or maybe i need to put of the pump and send it for initial setting
Hi I seem to be having a problem on my w202 c250td We did a complete engine overhaul but now at the first injector it keeps building up air when we open the 14mm on the fuel line the air releases then it builds up again after couple seconds

are you replacing the crush washers? do you know what size they are or have a part #?
