"Red roof towns and dirty people" . I laugh at the ignorance of some haters in Nigeria. They continue to criticize everyone and every state that isnt theirs. You dont bring others down to feel important. Its a sad reality across all social media platforms from the same people. We are not in competition because Nigeria has a long way to go.The reason why Ghana and others talk us down started from the hate from this group of people that tear down the country. May God deliver us feom enemies within. Thank you Eden Oasis for promoting Nigeria in a positive light.

😂😂😂😂Thank you, we shouldn't sugar coat it anymore. It is those people who eat stone and don't drink water that are always using the brown roof rhetorics, very ignorant people that cannot even live and stay in their region of 5 plots, the same size as Oyo state. They are only good in slandering people that are better than them, lie, deal in fake products and exporting crimes to Yoruba land. I can't wait for state policing to start. Nice videos, you really put in the job. Well done sis.

Igbo people are a huge part of the development of Lagos; and still develop their own states. Lagos is the only yoruba state that is more developed than anambra or even abia which are igbos states and are 100% developed by igbo people. Talking about the reason Nigeria is now a laughing stock to other African countries, why not tell the world how your yoruba people sold the most evil government of apc to Nigerians? If yoruba are that intelligent innocent and holy as you want people to believe, why do you people lost your common sense when it's time for election? And yes, ibadan is a disgrace of a city because a huge part of the city is litered with dilapidated brown roof buildings all over one of the oldest and populous city of Nigeria. Now see how your belove apc government has turn many of you yorubas to hater of their fellow country people, practising xenophobia to your fellow country people

Ibadan is a city that beautifully blends tradition and modernity. Known for its rich history and cultural heritage, it’s a place where you can feel the heartbeat of Nigeria. From the bustling markets and vibrant street life to the serene gardens and historical landmarks, Ibadan offers a unique charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. Whether it’s the warmth of the people or the diverse opportunities for growth and investment, Ibadan stands out as a city of promise and potential.
I’m proud to be a part of this incredible project and look forward to seeing it continue to flourish.

Nigeria have the potential of becoming a great nation only if they’ll have loving and patriotic leaders who can bring about meaningful and positive change, leaders who aren’t just flying out of the country but also to bring back and emulate what they see out there and modernize and clean up the country. Nigerians deserve the highest standard of everything 💯💯

Ibadan has a great potential to be great. Unfortunately, Oyo state has never had a visionary Governor for once. Ibadan alone can feed the whole Nigeria. Ibadan can be a great industrial hub. They should be tapping into Lagos economy cos Ibadan is very close to Lagos. They have a lot of land wasting.

Most developments in Nigeria started from Ibadan with the plantation pf cocoa. We talking about cocoa house first skyscraper in the country, first stadium Liberty stadium and first medical teaching hospital UCH. The Yorubas were actually doing well during the western region under the leadership of brilliant Chief Obafemi Awolowo. Free education and free health care. The current Government that we have nowadays all benefitted from all this, but they all forgotten where it all started. I believe the likes of Tinubu should emulate the ways of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, but he chose the wrong part of corruption and colliding with the Hausa/fulani ravaging the country. The only way for better. Nigeria is through federalism not the mafia ways of ruling. Nigeria is currently not practicing democracy and federalism

MKH City looks nice and will be a blast to live at I imagine. As a civil engineer, delivering that in 36 months seem like a stretch unless one is using precast. Even with that, you have to prepare the land, your drainage, roads, before talking about the buildings themselves. All the best to the developers. I wish them much success.
