I love this gorgeous home. Talk about being spectacularly situated, with a design that is stunning inside the home. The lot size is wonderful, for a family, and not easy to find!! The way the back of the house opens up on to the patio, and lawn, looks fabulous. The mindblowing array of amenities are everything people could want! honestly the best house I've seen so far. Beautiful place, private but not lonely, lots of outdoor activities to keep you fresh. The house is modern, spaces are wide so you dont trip over your furniture (trust me, houses in uruguay have very small rooms, even the higher end ones), the decor is nice, the illumination is great. A banger of a house, just missing a bidet tho. Loved it!

Those are pretty common in Calgary's inner city! Funny though, not really noticeable when you're in the home!

I see where they were going with this but I think that they should have added some darker colors to the walls, not only pain but maybe details. That way it would give house more personality rather than just reminding me of fancy hospital. I'm nowhere near being professional

The mud room is directly beside the kitchen - the fridge supplements the main fridge. There is actually a cabinet depth fridge going in so it will look less obvious!

What are the floors used in the kitchen, living room and upstairs? I'm absolutely obsessed with the tone! I'm in LOVE with them but they have me stumped though. In some shots they look slightly warmer in tone and in others look cooler. I feel like it's the perfect balance! I hate overly yellow/warm colored hard wood floors and floors that are too grey and cold. Would really love to know exactly what they are.

As soon as I bought a house for 3 million dollars, I see this marvellous mansion, only if I could move to Calgary, I live in Vancouver where prices are much more expensive.

Beautiful house but what extra features you are selling in this house in this amount ? Like I was thinking May be there is a pool or maybe marvelous theater. Everything is so normal which u can get in normal price house. And I didn’t even see any formal dining room other than sitting in kitchen area.

I planning to move to Calgary next year and I me and my wife really love your videos. However we have a big question, does the prices of your listings includes the forniture and decoration or that is just for the video. Please forgive my ignorance.
Hope you make it to Calgary! The price of the listings usually does NOT include furnishings. In some cases it is possible to buy the furniture in a new built property that is being used to showcase the home. For example in this home you could purchase furnishings for an additonal $50,000
