@wordsshackles441 I've been asking myself that since the dawn of times, and I'm yet to find an answer. Nah, I only have an Xbox, so... Thing is, I like Forza, always did, since FM3. I always had more fun with it than with GT. But man, FM8 should've been so much more...
@@brutalschel Right. I always liked both, the very bad engine sounds of GT5-GT6 made me more of a Forza player in the PS3 - X360 era. But couldn't justify getting a PS5 only for GT7, so I'm playing the PS4 version and then the new FM on a capable PC. Sad to admit but even the PS4 version of GT7 is just miles better overall - but this is not just Turn10's fault, this is also Polyphony's honor as GT7 is a great great game to me. There is potential though... if they fix the crashes, and the inconsistent performance on PCs, and add more featured multiplayer lobbies + longer races, it could be the best Forza to date thanks to the improved physics, actually usable tire models and pit stop strategies. This is all "could be" though. Lots of work needed. FM7 was quite badly optimized in the beginning too and it turned into a much better game, that can give us hope.
@alf279 yeah, GT7 looks fantastic even being cross gen (Sony exclusives always deliver in polish). Forza has potential indeed, it's a fun game, I'm enjoying it since Oct 5th (premium release). But man, is it a Nordschleife-like road ahead until it's at least on par with Forza 7 in terms of content.
@@brutalschel I feel the same way. I started with FM3 and has been with the franchise since. Recently, I can't even support Forza anymore. I envy the quality and polish of GT.
The legendary 90's Touring Car alongside with Ford Sierra RS & Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR32. You should try this car to Nordschleife section. Yeah GT 4 IA-15 License Test.
Gran Turismo’s headlight and taillight refraction materials are unmatched. The only thing that could come close would be Assetto Corsa with Custom Shaders Patch.
1991 Mercedes-Benz 199 E 2.5 - 16 Evolution II. As in Gran Turismo 4 International A License Test (IA-15) at the Nurburgring Nordschleife, Germany. Versus 2001 Nissan Gran Turismo Skyline GT-R Pace Car (R34). And Legend DTM, 1992 AMG Mercedes-Benz 199 E 2.5 - 16 Evolution II Touring Car.
They either reusing sounds or they use a synthesis method to make the engine sounds instead of recorded samples from the real car, cause i swear this sounds exactly the same as other cars in the game, i think the Sierra sounds the same
Y’know, Forza got an inaccurate model of this 190 E and is reused since FM3. While GT7 brought it back fully laser-scanned after reusing its GT4 model in GT 5 & 6. Seems like this will be very good enough to scare all the Forza meat-riders out. 😂

The car is as underrated as Falcon XR8 V8 SUPERCAR.
As a Forza player, this looks so damn well-polished.
but the question is why are a forza player ?

Couldn’t tell by the replay but I wonder if they animated the dogleg gear shift sequence this car comes with?
When is polyphony fixing these damn gear animations??? They were fine in GT Sport
