Wow Heath’s take on getting into a relationship and having friends who make you choose one or the other is so refreshing to hear. I lost all my friends in high school when I got a boyfriend because I was still learning how to balance my time. And haven’t been able to make new ones since. I think it’s really important to rewrite that narrative and give our friends the grace they deserve and room to grow that they need. if we really love them, we shouldn’t make them pick one over the other .

I don’t think Zane and Alisha are hooking up. Stop forcing a relationship. If they don’t work out, it’ll be the end of this podcast and I don’t want that. Even if they ever decide to date, I hope they keep it private away from our privy eyes.

1000%! They’re both so business savvy and having a podcast together is a HUGE business move - a relationship would really potentially ruin that & I don’t think either of them would take the risk

Alisha has said in the past that if she were to get into a relationship she wouldn’t post it online. I don’t remember if she said not post it at all or just not at the beginning… I think they’d be cute and I find it funny how they don’t really talk about it but Remi says it too. I’m Pretty Basic she said one of the guys has her attention or something to that sort. I think they’d keep it private even if they did. I think they’d be so cute together but offline relationship.

I've watched Zane & Heath: Unfiltered since its beginning and was a big fan of the duo since the vlog days, so I was really happy to see this podcast come out to see them in yet another light and with another great duo (I see you Remi and Alisha and I luh you). That being said, I really want to point out a huge change I've noticed in Zane crossing over to this podcast. His energy seems reignited in a sense and he seems so much more open and comfortable to be himself. I'm loving this shift for him and I really hope he's stepping into his confidence & self-love era, cause he deserves it!
I agree ever since they shifted the sets and Mariah decided to become a more passive voice, that podcast has seemingly lost the charm. I was just being watching their first 20 episodes today’s and the energy in those early podcasts was off the charts
I've always loved the chemistry between the 4 but idk why this episode just felt different, like they found their groove from their collabs (pod swaps) and not just a new pod if that makes sense!
Tapping in on the question about how long is appropriate before you ask someone to be your girlfriend/boyfriend! My husband and I met on Bumble 5 years ago, we met in May and he didn't ask me to be his girlfriend or make a single move for 5 months. We were going out almost every week leading up to then. My friends all gave me such a hard time (and even I was getting impatient). After the fact, I asked him what took so long and he said it was important to him that we be friends first. Sometimes 3 months+ isn't being a back burner girl it's building that friendship foundation!!! Love the pod - y'all are amazing!

I know Remi was just in Modesto but if any of y’all are ever passing by you need to try Farmers Den. Literally what you described in a dinner. Same people everyone knows each other (many farmers), out in the country side, women own, and the decor! OMG Heath you would LOVE it , it’s all western theme and a lot of old pictures of how the town looked like through out many years. I used to work there and I loved it.

The friends who get hurt that their friends start dating someone else take it personal because they rely on their friend. It’s a hard transition. The moment they rely on themselves, they emotionally switch their thoughts from taking it personal and not being okay to being happy for their friend and it not affecting their life whatsoever.
