Joseph Pratt I believe Cecily Tynan was the 1st weekend weathercaster in 1995.
@@AGRAGR They were truly old school for a long time, only adapting to the times years later. They stuck with the old Al Ham theme piece for a long time in spite of the update hecup which people did not like.
Dr.J is still a Philadelphia fixture in 2024!
