Anyone who has never watched it, watch Ricky, Steve and Karl in an Idiot Abroad, the Prostate exam. Seriously one of the funniest things I've ever seen, I laughed so hard I thought I'd cracked a rib.

There's still a lot of comedians like that. Jimmy Carr is worth checking out if you're unfamiliar with him, though his humour tends to be darker and more messed up, and as such not everyone's cup of tea, but he's absolutely hilarious.
