In real estate, the escrow process is where important assets, such as money, are kept safe by a third party. This third party is called an escrow company, and they have the responsibility of overseeing the assets.

This is my understand what an Escrow company is..”a neutral third party (A REFEREE) to make sure both parties (buyer/seller) meet their contract agreements, conditions, including monetary and make sure all legal assets are met and exchange per contract?!”
That sounds right to us! Thanks for watching!
So is an escrow company basically an LLC?
You talk so fast, which I love, but it took 45 seconds to start getting to the point. You are a unique guy!
Don't know if this is a compliment or not 🙃

So basically escrow mean title company or closing attorney right ?
Does a real estate agent doing property management have to hire an attorney to open an escrow account?
My mortgage just went up from 671 to 1113. Basically it doubled,
WOULD it be a good idea to put some money in escrow to lower the montly payment for NEXT month???
Thanks for asking, but I can't provide any financial advice like that because you need special credentials to dish out advice. I would recommend speaking with a financial advisor who can help you with this. Best of luck!
can anyone help answer. is this really really safe? Thanks 🙏🏻
Using an escrow company is the industry standard for transferring fund from homebuyer to seller. They remain neutral and there is a record of all money transfers so they can't take anything away from you. It's safe and used nationwide. Hope this helps!
Hi can it also be called as a trust account also
Good to know! Thanks.
