      Taxation is when a super ultra wealthy group of individuals (a few lucky families) rip food out of the mouths of starving women and children and then claim it is for their benefit. It is Nothing but a means for the Ultra Wealthy to become even *MORE* Wealthy. America is the King of taxing it's citizens and then giving Nothing in return for paying them, but say you don't pay, you go to prison. America Rapes the wallets of it's very own hard working honest citizens, the leaders of America are 100% Evil. Period. Stay in Dubai, you're better off there in 2020.

  • @johnlyn1
    @johnlyn1 Před 2 lety +2

    The 16th amendment is the most misunderstood amendment. The Supreme Court made it very clear. The 16th amendment did not grant any new taxing powers to congress. The most misunderstood word is "income". The Supreme Court also defined income as it relates to income tax, to mean gain or profit. If there is no gain or profit there is no income and if there is no income there is nothing that is taxable. Not all that comes in is income. Only the gain or profit from what comes in is income. If people comprehended this fact they would fully comprehend all that comes in from selling their person al labor to their employers has no gain or profit which means they received no income at all from their compensation received in exchange for their labor. The IRS is misapplying the tax code by treating every penny received for you labor as income, when in truth and in fact, there is no income received at all. People have been programmed to call all that comes in as income. Your wages for your personal labor is not income. You're actually committing bank fraud when you list your wages on a credit application as income. The very meaning of the word is gain or profit. Since you received no gain or profit from wages received in exchange for your personal labor, you did not receive any income and therefore you cannot report it as being income on a credit application without committing bank fraud.

    Anytime taxation comes up in a conversation, the first thing I say is "Cut all taxes in half, in every bracket, and get rid of all deductions and the people complaining were the problem" People tend to jump right on the band wagon of "Yeah such and such with 6 kids isn't getting thousands back without paying in" I jump back with yeah, and Amazon isn't getting billions back without paying in. Our tax system is a double edge sword, it works in the favor of the ultra wealthy and the ultra poor, that's essentially the exact setup for a corporatists society. The ultra poor receive enough to get by, so they are not mad, the middle class have money and feel fortunate that they make more than those in poverty despite paying the most in taxes of any bracket "Middle class citizens typically don't meet the threshold to file for notable deductions", and you have the upper middle, or high class "No where near the top 5% but to most rich" Notable doctors, lawyers, people who own business that are successful, that still pay, but are able to knock a load of the burden off with a typical amount of finely located deductions, the of course ultra rich "Top 5%ers" Corporations, they have so many lawyers, that the IRS won't even question anything that's not off the wall insane, I've heard that these people have lawyers that can delay any sort of trail for tax fraud pretty much forever so the IRS won't even mess with it, the IRS targets the doctors and below, regular everyday people, who likely if they committed fraud did so without even knowing it.
    Ron Paul is right though, It's pretty clear that if it's not a straight flat tax with zero deductions someone's capitalizing on it, and someone else is getting screwed, and it's typically the lower working class that's getting screwed. I'm down with dropping the income tax to 0%, Amazon and netflix will never see a dollar of my money again, we can abolish all reckless spending, the government is doing nothing but devaluing our currency currently, that's why bitcoin is taking off just like Ron Paul said it would, there is a limited supply, and it takes time to harvest, it's literally that simple. The United States, is putting a band-aid on every single day, printing more money, borrowing more money, that budget will never be balanced, and i'd say 95% of the population doesn't care, a majority of this country would be outraged if they saw what a balanced budget looks like, It would likely involve all our oversea military bases being sold, and a defense budget of about 75billion which is pretty much just enough to found bases in the USA "I think they just passed a defense spending budget of 700 plus billion which is almost more than the entire world together spend on defense". Medicare cut in half, other major cuts to everything else, it wouldn't even look like the same country if we balanced the budget because we've been living a lie for so long that we actually have the money for everything we fund.
    Our tax system is a mess that discourages entrepreneurship, and encourages being a worker for company that a chunk of your tax dollars go to. We realistically fit into the definition of "A strong central government that works in the favor of corporations"

    Both the IRS and the Internal Revenue Code, are *scrupulously* Constitutional. This is so because there are *strict* limitations on IRS authority as underscored in the Treasury Regulations and in our Federal tax laws. The problem is that most of us, as well as most of those at the IRS, are unaware of these limitations set forth in law. However, more and more people are becoming aware of those limitations written down in our Federal tax laws and have used them to their advantage.

    Ron a nice man and removing the IRS may be good - looking at his other posting he would keep govt out of medicine for instance. Thing is govt has to cover costs of health and medicine cause it'd be unaffordable.

      Thats not true. The reason it costs so much is BECAUSE of the government and the drug war.

      @@TheKeithvidz That is what I just said. The government drives up the price of medicine for special interests. If the government would stay out of medicine, the free market would lower its price (because pharmaceutical companies wouldnt have an unfair advantage)

      Gov't is a regulator and will put tax to use subsidizing care. U a pipedream. Capitalism naturally is greed. Your neighbour Canada ascribes to it...ask Ron's son Rand.

      You are an idiot. Your comment is the one you make when you are too dumb to come up with a counterargument. You dont need the governnent to regulate it if the government wasnt working for those corporations.

    @Emil Phoryew: Ron Paul should be the American President, most Americans have been brain washed into their own demise.
    You are not the only truth-speakers, there are lots out there. They just need to come out and post their opinion.
