    Guys, it's all to do with budgeting if you are here for a short time or retirement.
    I left the UK, and I had to make sure that my retirement life would sustain my future in the kingdom.
    Luckily for me I have a flat in the UK which is rented out and from that rental I can sustain my life over here and also some saving.
    I lead a very normal life I don't drink nor smoke or womanising so that's where I save a lot of money by the way I do have a Thai girlfriend and she has house and a car so for me I'm already in a win win future and yes we can enjoy our lives together and the future. I think your subscribers will appreciate your vlog.😊😊
    At the end of the day its up to the individual how to survive in a foreign country budget it right you can enjoy but budget wrong it will back home in no time .

      A budget is definitely needed for 99% of individuals who come here I think. It’s easy to fall into the holiday mode and to keep it going for longer than you probably should.
      Hopefully the viewers get some value out of this. And it’s also good for us to have to think about these things. Makes things easier for us! 🙏🙏

      Definitely, it can be so easy to spend too much, it’s hard to switch “vacation mode” off that’s for sure!

    Because of the hot weather in Thailand, be aware that your electricity bill may be high if you use the air conditioner for a long time.

    Defo alot cheaper than living in Australia with rent costs and food costs that's for sure with rent being like $1200 when 10k baht is only what was it 430 Australian dollars or whatever like half the cost but i have even seen people in places that are like only 1000 baht a month in a 1 tiny room and bathroom no kitchen or anything though in some other persons video think that was in Thailand also but he was asking this person what they pay for rent a month but yeah crazy how much cheaper it is over there i just need to win the lotto first haha

    • @franclyspeaking
      @franclyspeaking  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Yeah man, cost of living here is so good compared to Australia! You don’t need to win the lotto, just save hard and come on over!

      @@franclyspeaking Yeah wouldn't mind visiting Thailand One day i mean i seen it was as cheap as 1500 - 2700 just for like 14 days flight plus hotel stay then just give myself 1000 to spend there on top But just gotta save up money for a bit before i do anything like that spent 5000 on a timing chain/ phasers and so forth on my car recently so gotta save back up and get to a safe point of money but defo would love to visit Thailand one day food looks great i love watching travel vloggers only just found yours xD , Anyways Keep up the awesome videos
