I bought a LED kit for Kraton 4s, front and rear, the rear kit was missing the LED supports and the front kit was COMPLETELY scratched, warped, full of severe bashing marks. I contacted them through more than 20 emails, over several months, they asked for a photo, I sent them everything they requested, and they simply ignored them, didn't refund me, didn't send me the missing parts, nor did they replace the used part. Terrible service, terrible after-sales, and I was already their customer, I didn't expect this negligence. I do not recommend purchasing due to the lack of customer service.
Looks great; but i had to cancel 5 orders in the past because they did not ship and i did not get any clear communication till i opted for refund. So, if ur systems are fixed, then customers will come. I love ur products but my experience was really bad.
i'm sorry for the inconvenience, if you want to give me your order number, i'd gladly send you a in store gift card as compensation for the inconveniences caused.
Hello, i just received my order of headlights and tail lights today for my Mojave 4s. The headlight lenses are not slotted for the lights/wiires like shown in this video and all the website pictures. How do i install them without pinching the wires ? Thanks !
I just ordered some lights from you I hope you have improved compared to the feedback on these videos I see. I was going to order the complete lighting for the for the RC I just bought the light bar. Too much to risk for over $100 Canadian shipped to have it not be sent and have to chase down my refund. Let's hope for the best it all goes well. Looking forward to the lights
Gotta say, you guys have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You list a phone number but it's disconnected. You never answer emails. You don't respond to texts. You don't answer the website chat. Absolutely skip this company if you can.
