This is one of the songs where Anette gets to show the things that she is good at: low pitches, jazzy. She is a natural at that... After this it is also interesting to try Floor's version of this song live in Amsterdam...

This was definitely the best song for Anette. There also exists a superb live performance recording with title "Nightwish - Slow Love Slow live Montreux Jazz Festival 2012 HQ".

This is one of the gems from Anette, she can really sing. Little bit underrated by the fans (me too as a great Floor lover). She (and the band) did a great job!

My favorite song that everyone skips, and a brilliant match for the day!
I have never heard that song. Very nice change of pace. Slow Love Slow could easily be backing music in an old Film Noir.
Fabulous song, beautifully sung by Anette. I believe her mother was a jazz singer, so this is right in her ball park. If you enjoyed this, you're gonna love 'Meadows of Heaven'. Loving the new hair colour by the way. Keep rockin' and keep smilin'.

I always loved the Imaginarium album, but I'd never seen this video before. The song always made me think of black and white films with private detectives. Anette in a red dress certainly gives off some Jessica Rabbit vibes.

Nightwish is a very versatile band. They are able to adapt other genres to metal music as well.

Unfortunately, André passed away in 2019, being only 47yo... a great loss to the metal community

there are two versions in my opinion which are good. This one with Anette (high video and audio quality) and the one with Floor (she sings a bit more refined/detailed but doesnt matter much, because Anette also did a really good job and her voice fits as well. Floors version is unfortunately of a lesser pruduction quality - fan video. I talk here about the old version with Nightwish. There is a newer version with Floor which I like less, because this was done with another band, a good one but without Nightwish greater musicality and feeling for getting the point = the buildup and things like the 'guitar solos' are inferior to the Nightwish version. Btw, a good example why Nightwish is extraordinary. Just like Floor they make also superior covers or 'other genre' stuff (because being great prof. musicians/composer in general) ...

Have you actually seen the movie yet???. If you a Nightwish fan as you say you gotta see it purhaps a reaction??. It's called Imaginaerum. Not to be confused with the concert. This movie features all the band members including Troy before he was made a perminent member.

Truly a big slap in the face to the ignorant Annette haters - beautiful version - and yes i love the Floor version.
I love Nightwish especially the early days with original lead singer Tarja - Annette is a good singer but I don't care for this song don't like the style also losing interest in this group there not the same anymore only 2 original members left
