Ren really is a gift that keeps on giving! Chinchilla! The Big Push! Sam Tompkins! And a back catalogue that is 100% Fire.
Her pianist is amazing. I saw an interview where she said that she and he sat together in her apartment trying to figure out how to take the faster produced version (which also has a video) and make it sparse - just her and him for this live performance.
She ad libbed the line " Put your keys in your knuckles, like I have to" during their practice and left it in for this.
I have walked home alone at night in NYC with my keys in my knuckles. I wonder if men understand that fear? But she's putting that fear in this guy who hurt her.
I lived in Sunset Park Brooklyn, and worked in the city, and often walked home from the R train alone between 11pm-12/12:30am. My keys were ALWAYS between each knuckle. I almost had to use them once. It was my most terrifying experience there at that age. I was 16. I had more things happen to me, but not at that age.
Women and girls have to be so hyper aware of their surroundings 100% of the time. It's exhausting and so sad. Letting our guard down, even for a second, can cost us our lives.
Cut you off, Little Girl Gone ( live Requiem) also Elements. All top notch. To be honest Chinchilla hasn’t missed yet. She is currently on this season of The Voice UK. Next Saturday sees the teams of ten cut to a top 3 so fingers are firmly crossed for our girl to advance. She deserves it.

Anything Chinchilla does is top-tier. Everything of hers is woefully under-viewed, and she should have SO many more subscribers! Anything you do is going to blow your socks off.

Chinchilla eh? My word she brings it! Such a range, when she belts on this song, as you said, goosebumps! As mentioned already, she's on the current series of The Voice UK, owning her unique version of I Put A Spell On You, worth reacting to. On that clip, Chinchilla explains how she had a recording contract but things like Covid got in the way. If The Voice gets her the exposure to a much wider audience, who are any of us to criticize? She deserves the big stage. I suggest Elements and her current single Cut You Off. Then there's How to Be Me, Sexual Healing plus a unique Beyonce/Drake mash up, all with Ren. Enjoy!
Her other solo live masterpiece is LITTLE GIRL GONE LIVE (REQUIEM) which is CRIMINALLY under viewed. The LITTLE GIRL GONE (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO) is a hoot and well worth a reaction (it was a huge Spotify hit) but is so different from the LIVE version as to be 2 different songs. She's an AMAZING producer in the studio, but she's that rarest of performer who's actually even more spectacular live.

Those Chinchilla Chinchills. They get me every damn time. I’ve been listening to her constantly since I discovered her on Little Girl Gone in June and I still get them. I recommend literally everything she does. Like Ren, there’s not a bad song in the bunch 🎩❤️
She's actually on The Voice UK right now... there is a video of her first performance on there on CZcams. She crushed it. 🤷♂️

There are so many reasons to be impressed with Chinchilla's music. With this song, I think the most impressive part is that big note on the first crescendo of "woman scorned"...where she hits and holds that note she built up to...then there's a pause, and she comes back in On The Same Note. Lovely and definitely goosebump worthy.

As a mad old 61 yr old musical any genre freak i must agree Ren and Chinchilla are bringing back music in a different fresh way .. I would like to see you check out an old song and a definite influence on Rens music and where he picked up the Reggae in his music ..check out a guy called Mike Love and the song permanent holiday live hisessions version ..everything from looping the voice and instruments to the style you will see and hear bits of Rens music in this one song ..enjoy ...nice reaction

She really IS that good! Ren lead me to her, and I see that Ren surrounds homself with talented people for sure. Great to see you enjoy this as much as I do.

I suggest you go and watch her and Ren busking. There's one mash up (because Ren, duh!) and one where they do Sexual Healing. She's no busker like Ren and Sam Tompkins, and she said somewhere that's the most nervous she's ever been, doing that song out on the streets like that. It's pure awesomeness!

Lots of ppl do Little Girl Gone and the latest, Cut You Off, but some of her older tracks like Elements and Fabulous are great. The studio video of Fingers is also worth seeing - it's different to this version
If you like this track by Chinchilla a couple weeks back she dropped the song Cut You off it's a "studio" release but 29 times more intense in other ways. Great reaction the first time isaw this version of fingers I was in tears like a baby from the exceptional talent Chinchilla is (real first name Daisy)

The emotion Aurora gives off is incredible. She has an awesome fanbase who are called ‘Warriors and Weirdos’. I would consider myself part of them.

Costume and fingernails are part of the art and the performance. They’re not to do with who she is. Think Bowie or even Alice Cooper. Many reactors hit a roadblock with her appearance,making it the only thing they fixate on, but you seem to get it.
Sometimes I wonder, why people still send their kids to expensive art schools and such. Why not take the more cost efficient and more promising approach and send them to Brighton Beach Busking Area?

I randomly found her a few days ago, and while I’m mostly a metal head, I love her voice (is she classically trained? Part of one song is either auto tuned on her high notes [high a? Sounds just below a high c, definitely first soprano scale but she sings settled in an alto] because it sounded properly operatic to me) and I love how edgy the sound is.
It’s so weird to me that she isn’t huge. I thought I was far behind the curve on what’s “cool” and “hip”.
