Thank you for your support, keep in mind that this is my opinion, there could be thousands of iterations of this list that could be justified.
That said, my next 3 teams would be:
11. 2004 Boston Red Sox
12. 2012 San Francisco Giants
13. 2013 Boston Red Sox
Mariners are only 10 are dumb
FLAMEZ 27: They didn't win, or even make it to, the World Series
Boston there twice on your list 13-11
@William Kircher HA UR FUNNY CHOKING 6 YEARS IN A ROW ( METS FAN) IN THE PLAYOFFS REMEBER WHEN THE METS BEAT U GUYS SO BAD
@William Kircher MY BAD SLOW ROLLER PERHAPS
This was basically just a video highlighting how boring joe buck is
Burn. Wish he'd get kidnapped.
Especially during the Phillies part
@@xtreme8060 yeah man, some Phillie player must have slept with his mom or something.
@@waydebaker33 omg lol
LMAO... but @Wayde Baker woah there
Thank you for including the 05’ White Sox. They’re probably the most forgotten dominant team ever
Probably one of the most forgotten but dominant team in MLB history
No team will ever have 4 straight complete games in a 7 game series again. Dominant starting pitching, amazing bullpen especially in the late innings, outstanding defense, Great speed, timely hitting. That team could do it all. I’d love to see a crosstown cup World Series between the 05 white Sox and 16 Cubs. That would be a real treat.
Matthew Graber I would enjoy that
More wins in a season then your team
11-1 in the playoffs. Their only loss in the playoffs was by 1 run. That's dominance.
2012 Giants won six elimination games before sweeping the Verlander-Scherzer-Miggy-Prince Tigers, that team definitely deserves to be up there
As a Reds fan. Respectfully. Fuck the 2012 Giants.
Disagree. They are the worst dynasty in sports history. I wouldn’t put any of those teams in the top 10 of this century so far.
@@KinkESizemore dodgers fan😂
So happy to see the '05 Chicago White Sox ranked so high. They are always overlooked, and always the forgotten team when it comes to dominance. They only won 99 games, but they simply dominated the playoffs going 11-1. Their only loss was by 1 run. Their pitching staff was nearly unhittable, and their defense was solid.
Honestly, they should be ranked #2 easily.
Lmao the Mariners AL West Champion sign didn’t even roll all the way down...a testament to their legacy of mediocrity
How the hell can a team tie for the most wins ever in a season and not even make it to the World Series?
@@user-sb1vz9pv5y It's the most Mariners thing ever honestly lol
@@user-sb1vz9pv5y Well they actually had better superstar talent back in the 95-98 years (A-rod, Griffey, Randy Johnson) and didnt have no 100 win seasons with that trio or even WS appearances before splitting up..
@@user-sb1vz9pv5y yankees
Tbh the Mariners Deserve A Legacy Of Failure
Oh the many times I’ve picked them in the preseason and they’ve let me down. I refuse going forward.
Someone call upon the tree
Erick Tyson that goes to the Texas rangers actually
@@echovision4824 they have one
@@echovision4824 just search rangers legacy of failure you'll find it
The royals are criminally underrated. Nobody appreciates the style of baseball they played. A true anomaly, was amazing to watch
Giants should've been on this list, they won 3 in 6 years
I think this is referring to single seasons, not collective season-by-season success.
uwujared it was 3 in 5 yrs
This is a single season ranking (so winning 3 in 5 years isn't a factor). Out of the three, 2012 has the best case
I think 2012 would go there cause of all the accomplishments they did...
Coming back from 2-0 against the Reds
Barry Zito starting the comeback from 3-1 in Game 5 of NLCS
Sweeping Tigers by breaking Verlander in game 1
Echo Vision Well 3 in 6 is also true it's just not as impressive.
When watching the 2015 Royals, it’s the team that makes baseball exciting, not revolving around how many home runs they can slug but rather good, productive hitting. Certainly not the best but one of the most fun to watch
We all knew who #1 would be but I’m surprised the ‘04 team didn’t make the list. 98 wins and then the greatest comeback ever. I would think that gets you a spot.
You mean #1 would be the 2006 Tigers.
I get you hate the Phillies buck but get excited for God sakes
he doesn't just hate the phillies he sounds like he hates his life
I'm shocked the 2004 Red Sox are not up there. A wildcard team, yes, but a wildcard team that came back from an 0-3 deficit to win a 7-game series (against the Yankees, mind you), first and only time that has happened in the MLB postseason.
2018 Redsox
108 wins 54 losses
Cheaters
2012 giants should have been on there. came back from 6 elimination games then swept the tigers who had, if i remember correctly, swept their way to the series.
also the 2013 red sox. first WS win at fenway in 95 years and in the wake of the boston marathon bombing.
Jesus Christ that royals stadium was loud when they won the 2015 AL pennant
Dang their team fell apart so quick they had so much potential🤧
AL
Chi Chi it’s tough to keep all players especially in a market like that.
KROCKOHOLICSHTOWN my bad I’ll fix it
JellyFishSticks it’s ok!
Been looking forward to this!
Any video involving Machado’s K on one knee is a good video
I agree but I'm an Orioles fan. He wasn't as bad in Baltimore that would happen 1 or 2 times a year. But now he is the most hated player in baseball. Nice job Manny
Abraham Terry - When he was in Baltimore I liked him, but the ego has gotten way too big.
@@ajmetzy yes, my point exactly
LMAO. At that point he turned into a K
Mannys ego grew because he was playing for one of the most famous and wealthiest sports franchise in the world so I can partly see why he acted the way he did.
As much I'm a diehard cubs fan, I am very happy you put the 2005 White Sox at the top #3. They are the most forgotten powerful team in recent years. Very powerful team. They had a hell of a postseason.
17 Dodgers were a juggernaut of a team, easily could have won the World Series in 5 games. Astros got lucky that year, Dodgers were on another level throughout the season.
The Astros cheated but you guys won this year
You guys cheated too
love your video!!
God that 2018 Sox team gets me feeling some type of way
Great vid man 👍🏻👍🏻
I love EXE - Edits
Much respect for putting my 2008 Phillies on the list
Utley was underrated in my opinion
Great video.
Jeez. Royals fans are definitely the loudest, you could actually hear the distortion of the sound, because the camera can't handle the noise. And as a Royals fan myself, that's awesome to experience!
Great vid
Thank you for including the 02 Angels
Thanks for putting the 2015 Royals on here
Good video. Hard to disagree with the 2018 Red Sox being #1. Glad to see the Cubs #2 though.
Really? I thought the 07 Red Sox may have been the best
GOD! Joe Buck is so INFURIATING! NOT ONE SPEC OF EMOTION AT ALL!
P.S, why are this year's Red Sox on here? Why not the 2004 Sox?
Im a redsox fan, yet in my opinion the 2016 cubs were the greatest team of the century
CreeperCraftMC, Yay. 🙃
You want emotion, get a homer. You want a professional, get Joe Buck.
Zack Haselius The 2018 Red Sox are the "bad guys" of MLB, and their legacy proved their dictatorship.
Nice video
The 9th one is my all time favorite team. I've been a royals fan since the day I was born and sitting at home watching the post season was amazing for me. I was at home when they won the world series and I dropped to my knees crying
You caused my 7 year old self a lotta tears lol
I tried to gove the 03 Marlins some love before you posted this. But this will suffice until the next edition.
Man Joe Buck really needs to calm down when Utley & Howard went deep
Awesome video! Hope you had an awesome Christmas as well!🎁🎄
As a Mariners fan I can't believe they didn't at least go to the World Series in 01'. If the Mariners ever make it to the Fall Classic, I hope that series gets good and goes into an epic Game 7 ⚾👍
Hey, wheres the 2021 Orioles?
Off the grid just like their status in the MLB😂
I bet the o's will still be horrible. Btw Boston2001 and jackpot I'm a Red Sox fan too
Go Cubs
There not looking good
This honestly is the only way I can watch baseball. My father used to rehash the old adage: "20 minutes of excitement jammed packed into three hours".
Deserves a like for putting the cubbies up there
I want to see 2016 Cubs vs 2018 Red Sox
That 2016 team was a team to remember...
Coming back in Game 4 down 5-2 (I still can’t get over that as a giants fan)
Clinching at home against the Dodgers in game 6
Coming back from being down 3-1 to win their first title in 108 years
MrUHOH415 it was a very fun and memorable season
@@dundermifflinregionalmanag5607 yeah memorable... -cries in Cleveland-
Red Sox nation can’t be stopped
EXE:makes list
Giants Holding they’re 3 World Series trophies:Am I a joke to you?
But these are only single season teams tho not collective seasons
1. Royals fans I’m sorry your team isn’t so appreciated the 2015 royals really were special to watch.
2. Wtf Joe buck how much do you hate the Phillies
3.GOOD ASS VIDEO
4. Merry Christmas fellow baseball fanatics
2011 Cardinals should be in top 5, 10 1/2 games back to ws champs. Good video though
But that’s just two small things, plus the Astros comeback was way better
The Astros should be on this list, and they are. But 2011 Cardinals should be on it too. Both 2011 WS G6 and 2017 WS G5 were amazing comebacks.
But what makes the Cardinals' season special, is the fact that they even made it to the playoffs, which is a plus.
The 2004 Cards where a better team then the 2011 Cards. The 2004 team was one of the Cards best teams ever. They lost the WS so what, that's just 4 games. If your team is making a big comeback that's because your team was bad at one time in that season.
Merry Christmas
Didn't think I'd see the Mets on this list. I was wrong in the worst of ways.
#8 brings back great memories. :D
#5, on the other hand... D:
nice video idea, nice video
Great vid but just saying..... It's a little early in the century😂. Maybe wait about 80 more years then we can talk about "best teams of the century". 😜
Shhhhh it makes ranking them easier there's less teams :)
@Eliot Jurgensen did you seriously just grammatically correct him smh
Eliot Jurgensen. Your one of those people aren’t you?🤮
Alex Cora should have been coach of the year smh
Everything Sports no
Next up should do 10 greatest baseball dynasties
6:08 'garciapara pops it up' yeah never heard that before
The 2015 royals definitely weren’t the most talented team but they had so much style and it changed the game. They might have been less talented then the year before but the teams main core was so determined on winning. Very few teams could have stopped them it seems like they always made the right play at the right time.
11:04 that’s a nice face plant on second there
14:47 Usually when teams win the pennant they’re jumping up and down and mobbing each other but the Yankees are so chill about it. They know the drill. Especially Mariano. He’s just like “Ok, cool, who we playing in the World Series?” They’re used to it
Im subscribing because he added all of altuves dingers in the first game
Wrigley Field absolutely exploded with joy after the Cubbies won the pennant
Red Sox were truly dominant the entire 18 season
Really the cubs
The team the was the final nail in the giants coffin
2015 Royals on here makes me very happy, that team just destroyed the AL central
Imagine 2017 astros and 2018 red sox. That would be a CRAZY series
It's amazing that the Royals went to the World Series two years in a row with a total buffoon as manager.
They put Astros at #3 even though they almost lost to the dodgers and the only thing keeping them alive was banging on trash cans and bandaid buzzers
merry christmas everyone
Yes, go cubbies. Down 3 - 1 to a very formidable Indians team, and a need to go extra innings 👏 in game seven. Such a cinderella season.
Man, I wish The Show would let you pit the greatest teams of all time against eachother
An absolute crime that the 2004 St. Louis Cardinals weren’t on this. 105 Wins, an often forgotten about thrilling NLCS win, and a lineup that featured prime Pujols, Rolen and Edmonds. They didn’t win the World Series, but to be fair, no one was beating the 2004 Red Sox.
joe buck couldn't be more excited about the phillies.
How are the 04 Red Sox not on this list? Only team in baseball history to come back from 0-3, against the Yankees and broke the curse. Come on!
22:09, 107 years? It’s was 108 years. They won in 1908. Not 1909.
(No hate to you, great video, just want to see if you meant that or not. I agree with the list, great video again.)
Gurriel's hr is the only time i like listening to a joe buck call
If this was made in October or later the twins 2019 would be on here
And the Rain Delay is your 2016 WS MVP!!
The real list:
1. 2003 Detroit Tigers
2. 2018 Baltimore Orioles
3. 2004 Arizona Diamondbacks
4. 2013 Houston Astros
5. 2012 Houston Astros
6. 2002 Tampa Bay Rays
7. 2005 Kansas City Royals
8. 2011 Houston Astros
9. 2002 Milwaukee Brewers
10. 2011 Houston Astros
LOL the worst records by team.
Early 2010s Astros baseball was something else
Could we somehow sneak the 1993 Mets onto this list?
@@ATCguy1973 As Honorable Mentions
Damn the 2011 Astros were so bad they made this list twice? Lol
Great video as always but as a Dodgers fan, it’s painful to watch
For all my fellow astro brothers and sisters
15:24
2017 dodgers should have been here. I get they lost the World Series, but their team was so clutch all year. It was amazing to see them make comeback after comeback all year. It’s unfortunate that a WS loss prevents them from making this list.
I'm going to sound crazy for saying this, as much as I love the 2018 Sox crew, the 2007 Sox were stacked. I know the 07 Sox didn't win 100 games, but there was better competition back then. 2007 Sox were just the 2004 crew, with some minuses and additions and the pitching lineup was a super team.
THE METS WILL MAKE AN 2015 RUN THIS YEAR I COULD FEEL IT
Schilling is such a piece
Merry Christmas Sports Fans
I would have omitted the 2001 Mariners and replaced them with one of the SF Giants teams of the 2010s. Their regular season win total was impressive, but you gotta win when it counts. No argument on #1. To get to the Series, they had to go through 2 100 win teams in the Yankees and my Astros. No problem.
As much as it pains me to say this as a Yankee fan, the '18 Red Sox deserve the #1 spot
What are you talking about. You think the 18 team was better than the 04 or 03 red Sox? The 03/04 Yankees would have taken the 18 red Sox behind the wood shed and fed them into a wood chipper.
@@duanedrew6915 lol the 18 Sox was the best Sox team of all time if you're talking about pure dominance.
As a dodger fan, I’m finally able to watch the 2018 WS highlights. The ones from 2017 are a different story however. I’m still so fk salty about that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to not hate the Astros
Well know we have a bigger reason to hate the Houston cheaters
*
Why was Joe Buck sounding so disappointed during the Phillies 2008 run?? 😂
2004 cardinals were the most dominant team i saw as a red sox fan they were feared
The 2015 royals were amazing. They really didn’t have a superstar player like Harper or trout or Stanton or any players like that. Their best hitter was Eric hosmer and tbh he isn’t getting in the HoF rn. The only player I could think of that has a shot would be salvy. Amazing team they just had solid players all around.
The La Dodgers should be on this list you feel me
2002 Oakland Athletics 20 in a row
Those 116 win mariners were the biggest if onlys
#1
I was 1k like
I envied the D-Backs, World Series win just 4 years after the expansion team began. It took my team, also expansion, 14 years to get to the series and then we got creamed by the Red Sox. Oh well. Eventually.
I would disagree with the DBacks but they had arguably the two best pitchers in baseball that year, and a bonafide MVP candidate
Yeah, the D-Backs were not only the youngest team ever to win the World Series, but they overcame the Yankees. Everyone had the Yankees winning, as they had just went through 9/11, and had won 3 straight titles. They were also 3 outs away from winning the WS, with the best closer in history on the mound.
You should've done the 04 Red Sox because they broke the curse and then the 13 Red Sox who won after the Boston bombings
Well it says the greatest teams. 13 was the weakest of their 4 WS teams. 04 and 07 were by far the best. 04 especially was more talented
@@duanedrew6915 18 was better than 04 and 07.
@@PatsFan-kz6ps that is a absolutely rediculous opinion
@@duanedrew6915 Is it though? The 2018 Sox won more regular season games than any Red Sox team in history. The 2018 team pulverized a top 100 win Yankees in the ALDS, destroyed a historically great 103 win Astros team, and should have swept an amazing Dodgers team in the world series. I'm not saying the 04 and 07 teams were bad, because they were juggernauts in their own right. But both of those teams were in 3-0 or 3-1 holes in the ALCS. They were able to persevere because they're great teams. But the 2018 Red Sox literally dominated 3 historically great teams to win the World Series. There's no Red Sox team that's ever done anything like that since before Babe Ruth was traded to the Yankees.
Everyone seems to forget the 2011 and 2012 Rangers. Sure, Cruz made a horrible mistake causing us to lose the World Series, and we put ourselves down in September of 2012, but those were some of the best teams I've watched play. I think they aren't the best, but should at least be in the list. They had incredible offense with Hamilton, Kinsler, Beltre, Young, Napoli, and Cruz. Pitching wasn't the greatest but we still had a solid rotation. Obviously, it's your opinion, and I respect that, but I still think they should be on the list.
what about the 2004 red sox?
im St. Louis fan but the 2001 Arizona was one of the best team im never seen.
Gotta love being a dodgers fan and watching us lose every year💔
