I love all the Troy Grady stuff. Great insights. This video however, is the single most important and applicable concept that has really made playing feel way more natural, efficient and fast. I fell upon this concept after years and years of self practice. It is perfectly explained here. Hope every guitarist see this!

I demand a freaking instrumental album. Yes I do enjoy harsh vocals and dont hate it like others do. However, i fell in love with this band before they had a vocalist and I prefer the music this way. Let the riffs speak to me!!!

For me, they are amazing with vocals too. The vocalist is amazing and gives the music a whole new dimension. I agree, the riffs are more "hearable" without the vocals, but it doesn't make it better. This song in particular has a very strong and powerful vocal delivery, I also was used to hear this without the vocals and yeah, at the beginning was kind of weird but they work beyond perfect

⁠@@VictorTarela Glad you see it that way dude 🖤 from our perspective it was a strange process to write basically a whole album without hearing any vocals, and get so much positive feedback about how the first few songs sounded instrumentally, but knowing we had to push the music even further, if we could just get the vocals right.
We're extremely proud of Alex's vocals and what they bring to the album and the gigs, but we still love to show some of the songs in this format too, how they were first composed, before vocals.
