IDC if I have little chunks of food in my mash potatoes, quac, etc. I just use fork, stick blender or a regular masher that is a hell of a lot cheaper than some $20 masher

There’s nothing I need here, much less want. Nearly all of it will just clutter the kitchen up and never get used. A sharp knife and some skills makes the kitchen a much better place.

lmao the instant pot is like any newer version of the asian rice cookers. You can make soup, yogurt, porridge etc with those too, and the best part is without having to spend $100 + on it.

I've had a Scizza for years. Would recommend. Tip: don't lose the tiny little red clip that joins the handles together. Since a while now it keeps popping out and it's easy to lose. If you lose it you'd have to use a cable tie to keep the Scizza closed for storage. I don't put the Scizza in the dishwasher with the little clip.

For the strainer thing you can just use a normal one. You put it inside the pot and hold the sides so the water drains but the noodles stay in the pot. It's a lot easier than pouring them in the strainer separately.

You would have to get all the food in between the masher out, most likely losing half of the food you mashed.
You can find a masher like this anywhere and it would be more expensive for shipping...
You would have to to do the same amount of work using a spoon, the masher is a spring-like structure that would increase the pain of your wrist trying to pull it down and up....
