This an AU where Y/N is the firstborn and the youngest keeper of Shie Hassaikai.
Their mother died giving birth to Kai Chisaki and their father is critically ill making Y/N take his place as Boss of Shie Hassaikai.
Y/N isn't as kind but he does care about Kai, his little brother, but he still has issues with not his physical body but his mental health.
