Main Compressor Block/ Air End
This is the most important part of the screw compressor. It’s that part of the machine where the actual compression takes place. Free atmospheric air is being compressed due to high speed rotation of twin helical screws.
The Air End is directly coupled through gear to electric motor thus eliminating gear or belt drive. Due to this one to one gearless direct g air end rotates at same speed as the motor (2950 RPM).
At low speed (2950 RPM) larger air end is more efficient then high speed air ends, lower speed means increased efficiency and durability with reduced compressed air cost, less wear and less maintenance cost
Suction Air Filter
Over Sized high efficiency dual filtering stage suction air filter for dusty environment.
Lubricant Oil Filter
Lubricant is filtered by use of spin on type oil filter before injecting to compressor. This ensures long life of the compressor and reliable operation.
Lubricant Cooling
Temperature of the compressor is maintained within limits by cooling of oil radiator type air cooled oil cooler.
Oil Separation System
Two stage oil separation system in which oil is initially separated from compressed air by centrifugal force and only minimum oil remains to be removed by separator element. Oil
Energy saving BELT drive
One to one BELT drive by maintenance free coupling reduces number of components needed in gear drive, increasing reliability and service life through elimination of wear & transmission losses.

Canopy & Base Frame
All component of the compressor package mounted on a single base frame. This does not require any Foundation. We can provide appropriate lifting arrangement so that the complete package can be easily placed or can we move to new location by the overhead crane. Canopy of the compressor is of modular design. Proper doors are provided for easy accessibility to internal components.
Canopy is externally powder coated to protect from adverse environmental conditions.
Capacity Control
Capacity control Constant speed control is provided which function as per demand condition. Power saving and optimum utilization of compressor packages is achieved due to this type of capacity control.
Control Panel
The star delta starter cum microprocessor based control panel is mounted on the same base frame within canopy of the compressor. Panel is wired and hooked up with main motor and all instruments within the canopy. The setting on various operating parameters can be done on HMI.
Control Panel / Starter has been put in the cold zone ensure long life operation. Switchgears are of Siemens or other standard make.
Intelligent Compressor Controller
Advanced microprocessor based control system ensure trouble free operation and safety of compressor by displaying preventive maintenance indication and tripping the compressor. Controller controls and displays on line pressure, current(Amp of motor), Automatic loading and unloading of compressor, Temperature, Total run hour with load on run hour. The controller has fan control system which eliminates use of thermostats in the compress
