Can u plz tell me hoow will we know that are macrons are baked like for cake we insert a toothpick so is there smthng for macrons also?
Yes! I just saw your other comment on my macaron video and replied there as well, but here's an answer: The best way to tell is a "wiggle test". Open the oven door and place a finger on top of one of the macarons. If it wiggles or slides back and forth on the feet, that means the middle isn't done yet. The feet should be set and the macaron shouldn't shift around once they are done. I hope that helps!
