    Why would you take money out of a 401K and invest into real state that has even higher fees?? 401K fees are a lot smaller than 15 years ago.

      Because with real estate you can make 27x returns compared to a 401k because with real estate your properties multiply

      @@zc16jnunez nice myth. With real estate you have a 8% loan with 6% fee for buying the home. Then another 2% loan fee. Then a 10% fee from the property manager, then you have property taxes of 1-2%. Then you have Maintance, vacancy fee of having no one there, then repairs all of this makes you have no profit for 15 years.

      @@josefj1776 doesn’t seem like you watch this Guys videos a lot, his whole system eliminates repair fees because it’s rent to own the people living in it are incentivized to pay for their own repairs because they are going to live in it, on top of that you get a down payment on the house
