A two phase aligner treatmentfor Class II malocclusion with deep bite｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC553

A Class II division 2 malocclusion, combined with anterior 100% deep bite, rotated right lower premolar, and left first buccal cross-bite was treated with aligner therapy. Segmental braces were applied to correct the rotated premolar and molar cross-bite problems during the four-month, pre-aligner treatment. Afterwards, 2 anterior inter-radicualr miniscrews and 2 IZC miniscrews were used to control the inclination of upper incisors, correct anterior deep bite, and distalize the upper dentition.
這個案例是二類咬合不正併上門牙內傾、前牙100%深咬、右下小臼齒旋轉及左上和左下第一大臼齒錯咬等難題；我們利用4個月的局部矯正器(pre-aligner phase)快速改善小臼齒旋轉和大臼齒錯咬的問題，進入aligner階段後，利用上顎前牙牙根間植入迷你骨釘、上顎後牙區的牙根外側的迷你骨釘，配合矯正橡皮筋改善了二級咬合併上門牙內傾、前牙100%深咬的難題，也利用上顎後牙區的迷你骨釘成功地後退上顎達到良好的一級咬合。
