Nick Sheridan's death reported on RTÉ News (7th March 2024)

RTÉ News reports on the death of RTÉ and BBC Scotland broadcaster and author Nick Sheridan. Originally from Wexford, Sheridan first made his name as a presenter on the RTÉ 2 current affairs programme News2Day, before moving to Glasgow in 2017 and joining BBC Scotland. Sheridan was only 32 years old when he passed away after collapsing from a brain aneurysm while out running.

Ah no that’s an awful pity, didn’t know the guy but he was excellent at his job on TV , great energy and seemed a very genuine fella, 🙏 🙏.

No he didn't. He died while exercising. Brain aneurysm apparently.
