That Mickey costume was pretty impressive compared to what they used to have. You can tell some of his vocals were pre-recorded phrases activated from inside the suit.

Its really hard to get in, but the pay is amazing! All the romours that they overwork them aren't true. They switch out in the suits every hour or so, and they have fans inside.

The Standards for being part of the Disney cast is really high.
The Mickey Mouse scene was weird it's like he wasn't having any of it. I think he was following a pre-recorded track so he couldn't break character.

The voices are pre-recorded, if it wasn’t, the mouth on the mask wouldn’t be able to move well to his own voice. Also, you can tell because the Mickey voice was clean, and sounded almost ‘too perfect’ or technological. Sometimes I wonder if it's pre-recorded because they want to limit what they can actually say- that IS sad. You do have to remember, no matter how they act, they most likely have a big smile on their face and only have to act like that or they’ll get fired. He was being watched by multiple ‘security’, the workers that stand there to make sure nothing happens. If they caught him breaking character, he would have got fired.

I think those kids had fun. I have to admit I kinda like when Mickey didn't talk because the replies are so planned.
Well he doesn't talk anymore in that meet & greet. They ended the talking thing last month. Now he's silent again. He still talks in shows but not the meet & greets.

It's a prerecorded series of banter that the person operating the animatronics can choose from. The comment was about his ears and referencing his shirt. So many people are wearing a Mickey shirt that they created a response that the performers can select.
A shame it was all pre-recorded.. it would be awesome if Mickey was live voiced and reacted to Brian for his voice acting.
