Delve enjoyer here. Why the flip has nobody made videos like this before. Bro, I would strongly consider doing a weekly "This week in Delve" video series next league. I'd watch the sh!t out of a weekly 3o to 40 min video talking about what's working in delve and what new stuff is happening. I mean, interviewing delvers and sharing with us what they are doing and working on is frickin' priceless. Delvers are like gear-heads. We take already fast cars and rip the engine out and re-build them into street drag racers. Show me how to take apart a Honda Civic and build it to beat a Lambo in a street race. Show me what cars have high top ends and which ones are not worth tricking out.... looking at you Volkswagon Golf. If someone had been able to show me how to take Subtractem's Poison Lightning strike character and set it up for Delve properly, I'd still be playing this league. EDIT: A better analogy would be Rally Cars. They have to be fast AND take a beating.
Hey man! My plan going into next league is to do some focus on delve in various stages of the league along side all the other fun farming events! Assuming all goes well there should be some sort of bonezone league starter and plan for delve coming in video format! Just make sure you keep those notifications on so you dont miss them in the upcoming weeks

Great video. Glad that I learned this naturally but still picking up some great tips. that shield for bad biomes idea is so cool! I was very proud to get my first MB delving with shield crush and I am madly researching next build but I don't like meta builds lol

I Have been delving since legion, Pro tip to anyone out there, instead of selling jagged, serrated etc in bulk for 1c each, just smack a few of em on a ring or ammy 85+ bases drop a TON in delve, you can make a 1 div ring in like 2 seconds with those cheappy fossils AND cluster jewels!
YUP especially like jagged on phys bases this is a huge tip!
Could either of you explain this Pro Tip a bit further? We newbies often do not understand what you mean. How does smacking jagged, serrated fossils on an ilvl 85 Ring or Amulet get you a 1 divine Ring? Do i use jagged and serrated together? What Cluster Jewel Base are we talking about?

@@Travic_ What do you mean by phys base? Which type of armour or weapon are you referring to? Is there a phys base for Rings, amulets, Belts?

@@geneticalintrovert226 Oh for sure, in my opinion selling fossils from delve is really not that profitable till you start getting DEEP. Its just too damn time consuming UNLESS you like taking your time and selling 20-50 in bulk (its your game play how you want :) ) But yea head to poedb and craft of exile and play around with what the fossils do. I sell 50+c rings, ammies, and clusters constantly. Especially that first week or two of league. Might be A LOT less now since this seasons economy is screwed up.... Crafting cluster jewels with fossils is insane.... like a 50c cluster you can flip for several divine... BUT most people buy their fossils todo this however if youre already delving and hit the cluster with a fossil every now and then... BOOM 5 div surprise.
Travic are we going full Delve for awhile man!? Cause I'm excited about the transition and trying this more and more. You were the one that taught me Blight, and I got my first HH in 3.22.. When I needed a better Loot Filter, you happened to not be streaming so I was having a hard time trying to get ahold of you. I hit you up on Twitter/X and you hit me right back man! Was AMAZING.. So I'm excited to get into Delve more and more, and push my build as deep as I can into Delve. The Idea of hitting a depth that I cant kill past is exciting to me. I know its going to take a SHITLOAD of time, but the journey will be AMAZING!!

The plan currently is to explore delve a bit more next league especially in the early league environment. But this is all depending on patch notes next week when they come out. We will see!

I have no opinion on delve profits, but I'd love to hear more about it. I know you talked a bit about fossils and you can buy and sell resonators and the aul's drops. But I guess what I'm wondering is at what level do those things start showing up more? How can you target them when all you see is FOW? (Fog Of War from Starcraft lol) How to navigate down there. You do a pretty good job of making your videos almost like episodes as you'll spend a lot of time on one thing and sort of put out information as you go. So I'm looking forward to future videos and hopefully you'll get around to doing a super in depth and even longer video explaining each little tid bit like you've done with blight. It's because of you that I've even been able to complete blight maps in the first place and now I'm the guy everyone in my guild comes to about it lol but as always, thank you for the knowledge brotha!

I'm glad that you always keep an open ear/eye to those asking for help. Glad I was able to Mahe it in steam today albeit a short amount of time. I ran with Jorgens CI Vortex build and I LOVE IT! I hate dying. It's so demoralizing. So I set up his CI Vortex and took some creative liberties and went a little more tanky. Basically set up a giga energy shield build with lots of energy shield regen. It takes a TON to kill me. I have something like 500K EHP with some WILD regen. 5M dps too. I can even run 100% Deli with no issues. Delve is my favorite end game mechanic. I wish it was a little more profitable but it's pretty solid.

It is funny to see someone nearly on a depth of 400 on day 2. I took 60 hours to beat the campaign over 10 days :)

@@Travic_I know. Next league, I'll try to lower that down as much as I can. Doing it in 40 hours would be better.
But also, I had no idea what a league was or how to approach end game so doing it in 60 hours was still good to me.
Not counting that I tried almost all mecanics this league before starting to delve so it is good that I am right now at 370 and with my recent wand switch where I just got 2 millions boost to my DPS, I should be able to dig deeper :)
@@ulruc good luck on the grind man! You can easily cut your time down to sub ten hours with some practice. Though there is nothing wrong with trying all the things and playing the game your way. It is a game at the end of the day!

For endgame content, I have now a better picture of what I enjoy (and more importantly what I hate) so it will be easier to plan an atlas tree next league.
I for one use delve most for XP, never going too far beyond 300ish only because I never focus on it. But I like the mechanic. It has grown on me in ssf runs were the bulk of my currency came from delve or heist, both mechanics that need some kind of initial investment, some dreaded slow starts, but can be a great source of currency after that.
And mind that I never pushed beyond 600.
I think the slow start can be really negated if you get into it early enough in a trade league. I am hoping to experiment this league myself and see how it does in an early income environment

A lot of that Is pending on depth and what the league is offering. Last league things like fractured fossils were really valuable and this league they aren’t
That depends more on your gear at certain levels, while investing more into your build generally caps out quite early on how much you earn per hour for mapping, it does not for delve.
Deep delve scales extremely well with build investment, so it's very hard to determine what you're going to be earning at certain depths.
i am using boneshatter with dawnbreaker... 86% phys to elemental conversion - can stack up to 350 trauma stacks

I was curious how delvers make money at first days of the league or they just craft everything for themself?
A lot of it comes from Fossils like : shuddering, corroded, jagged, dense all of these are worth a ton early league. Also early league crafters are buying up tons and ton of resonators. After that Aul Amulets are worth top top dollar unided the first few days. Even now the amulets are still 3d each
Nice, can´t say it different ! But the ´but´, this, like many topics and guides takes a ´build´ and endgame approach to delve. It´s difficult for casual players like me, who came in contact with delve during the campaign and struggle for the first 2 dozen levels of delve ( for example i never found one of that walls to blown up ! ). the Darkness kills me alot. So are out there guides for the realy Beginners to delve ?
This is for sure something that I can look into and try to put together!

Is deep delving actually any profit increase or should I stick to 800-1000?
Yeah i always see deep delvers with magebloods. Never sure if its because they play alot or if the money is just that good.
Very the deeper you go the more likely you are to see rare fossils, the video before this showcases what a mineshaft looks at around 3000 depth. It just eventually becomes all azurite and fossils. There are some bad nodes still but some biomes can just be 5+ glyphic fossils so it can get very lucrative very quick

@@Wraith0100 you can go with jugg, if you don't use original sin, using the helmet the formless flame so you have the overcapped fire resist, you craft with eldritch a overcapped cold resist one, will cost really really cheap, buy some 25% inc effect mana reservation clusters, dawn breaker and a replica dreamfeather and do full lightning damage with lightning pen, you are going to spend like 150d ( 50d only for a good roll ashes )
@@Wraith0100 and then you farm for original sin, a armour with overcapped fire and cold res, change everything for chaos damage and you pretty much can go to 4k deep

whats the div/h if u do delve ?
This is one of the most loaded questions in poe thats realistically unanswerable.
What depth are you at?
Did you darkness farm or just rush good nodes?
How good of a trader are you?
Did you focus Azurite?
Did you get bosses?
How were your boss drops?
Did you ID your Aul Amulets or sell them unidentified?
Did you farm ultimatum pieces and sell them in bulk?
Did you do cities?
My point being is there is a lot of factors that go into div/hour. Friends of mine who are doing it have a wide range depending on what depth there at and if they are going sideways or a not.
I can try to calculate my profits / hour but its going to be completely different then someone at depth 200 and its going to be worse to start depth 200 today then it was a month ago. Since a lot of fossils and items are dependent on where in the league you are right.
When you get down deep though say 1500+ I have been told that people are making 15+ a hour because biomes are sometimes just all fossils or all azurite.

As far as i know nobody delves in first week or two. So what at we looking on first couple days of the league is meaningless, from my opinion
