@@PaulaDTozer Beautiful text, but slightly off-topic about maintaining a youthful appearance. Genetics also plays a huge role here. I was born in 1963 in Poland and the food was healthier and I never drank formula milk. We had healthy fresh milk, healthy vegetables and fruits and definitely healthier air than today. LGBT and church problems are a completely different topic and a different story, and it has nothing to do with healthy skin. Best regards and have a wonderful day.

I think genetic do have a lot to do with it. But yeah, diet, exercise and even lack of pain, and stress in one's life can affect how you look. I deal with a lot of pain and stress. I can see it's aged me. I'll be 60 next month. I have a sister who's only 11 months younger than me, and she looks 10 years younger than I do. But before all my severe back issues, we were aging at about the same way...with me actually looking a little younger, because she smoked and I didn't. Smoking will also age a person.

However, as I said, many things have an impact upon aging...genetics, stress, pain, diet, smoking, and physical condition/activity.
I think too, how much a person smokes matters...someone who smokes 3 or 4 cigs a day won't age as much as someone who smokes like a chimney.

Wonderful to know about someone who appreciates everything that is gifted to us. The beauty that surrounds us, whether it’s evergreens, animals, architecture, people that surround us, etc. you are what the good Lord intended for us to be in every way humanly possible. Hearing someone speak of these things with sincerity in your heart for everything and everyone, is truly a blessing to me! Thank-you for making me believe in mankind again! I have only one friend that appreciates and loves all that she sees. Whether it is blossoms on a Dog Wood tree, or little children playing in the sand building castle’s! People like that is rare to find now a day. Too busy to stop and smell the roses! My parents taught me to love God, and all people, without prejudice! Thank you! This world just isn’t caring and loving like it was when I was growing up in Southern Illinois on a farm, pretty far in the back woods. We never missed church. There were seven kids in my family, and the most wonderful, loving parents and grandparents a child could ever have! Thank you and may Gods continue to bless you and your career!
