After Covid people will go to the stadium for any price just because they finally will be able to go somwhere ;P And thank you for this video. My math classes, for now the ones from high school are retroactively useful :) I am planning to (re)teach myself a higher math. I had some h.math 20 years ago, got B and now I do not remember anything ;) I am in a process of gathering strength.

    Wait shouldn't it be:
    Ticket price : x
amount ticket price is lowered : 30-x
    increase in attendance : 50(30-x)
    attendance: 400+50(30-x)
revenue = ticket price x attendance
    R(x)= x(1900-50x)
    1900x-50x^2

I set the Price Function to Zero and the Quantity Function to Zero...($30-1x)=0 and (400+50x)=0. I get 22x and then use the midpoint formula by dividing by 2. This gives me an answer of x=11.

This question was going to look crazy for me before i studied calculus.
The calculus method is Just multiply it.
Take a derivative. Find the critical points(by putting f(x)=0 And you will find the critical numbers. Use these numbers in the original equation and the highest number will be the answer for the X
