I have a TV-7 military tube tester that I love, when I was in the army we had the TV-2 to check tubes on the microwave gear we had. They were both military variants of Hickock tube testers.
Thank you. I wish someone would make videos on not just how to use but more importantly on different scenarios that a function generator and or a frequency counter is used during a repair. I just figured I say it in case you looking for ideas
JohnAudioTech, Mr Carlson's Lab, mjlorton, xraytonyb, Blueglow Electronics, learnelectronics, EEVblog, Audio Judgement, w2aew, D-lab Electronics, GreatScott!, The Engineering Mindset, Hill's Workbench, are some of the channels I subscribe to, most are great with lots of various priceless info. Good luck.
Very nice and organized! Living in Hawaii We typically don’t have the space like houses on the mainland! No basement! Took a bedroom and turned it into my man cave. Mine is a combo ham shack and workbench on the opposite wall.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you also do some woodworking judging by the fact that all your shelves look to be homemade :) Looks really cosy anyway, thanks for sharing!
Nice lab! Was trying to get one of those BK 1653 isolation transformer/variacs for a while but they are still a bit expensive. I finally managed to get a Tenma 72-1095 instead that popped up on Ebay for about $100 shipped. It's not here yet but I hope it works!
Beautiful workbench setup. Thanks for sharing.
A lovely collection! Best example of a well organised electronics work bench.

That lovely old Techtronics.... I used to have one of those... gorgeous.
My bench is shaping up, but not as well as yours yet. Great video!!!
Very nice set up. I like the white ESD pads. Makes it easier to find the components.
Very organized. I'm in the process of building a new workshop. I can only hope to keep mine half as nice.
Really cool bud. I love checking out other mad scientist labs! Thanks for the upload. Peace.
Hi, First time viewer, the work space is wonderful, very nicely layed out......

i got the same analog scope, its over 30 years old, and spot on with my brand new digital one.
Nice and neat. Would love to keep my lab as neat.
I'm hoping to get something like this at my home soon. Excellent setup!
Thanks!
The best tool of all is space :)
a tip : you can watch series on Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching a lot of movies lately.
@Phillip Jaxton Yea, I have been using Flixzone for since november myself :D
A well organized shop and tidy.
Thanks! At any given time, it may or may not be quite as tidy or organized :-)

Very nice
VERY NICE RADIO SHACK pardon the pun!!!
gotta love the I Dream of Jeannie moment at 12:38
:-)

Nice lab, do you work full time in electronics or is a hobby only.
My lab is a war zone.
Cheers
I'm a hobbiest, and often it looks more like a war zone than in the video. I don't work effectively in chaos, however, so I tend to keep it organized.
Way too clean and organized!? HAHA Nice
after 41 yrs mine is a little more cluttered :)
Pekný poriadok, tak to má byť ale nieje to podmienkou správny človek.!
