    Thanks for sharing. I’ve had episodes of eating disorder in the past but never realized what it was until recently and it’s been so hard

    Thank you for this,I had the sore to touch body, and didn't really know why. I didn't even have an disordered eating for very long, but i know i still need recovery because of how my body was reacting. Other people don't seem to say anything about it for some reason. It is very real tho

      I love how aware you are about needing recovery! You need recovery at any stage of an eating disorder or disordered eating. It is definitely very real. Proud of you for choosing recovery!

    Is it okay to have mental hunger even if we feel full physically ,or have just eaten ?
