So im not shia but there are a couple of things that i would like an answer to. I’ve been researching about the differences and haven’t come up with this notion of there being an ‘Ali’s Quran’. But even if thats true, that doesn’t sound logically right to me thats why i wont incline my belief with this notion. On the other hand, i do understand that some shia’s believe(again according to my research and conversations with shias) that The Holy Quran was compiled in the life of the Prophet(saws) in the book form. Now, that seems more reasonable to me than the companions later compiling it in the book form as in my opinion no companion could possibly have the knowledge of how to compile it themselves and at the same time preserve it perfectly as we have it today. It is however possible that, if not in the life of the Prophet(saws) he still managed to convey it to someone on how to compile it later and he must have given this authority to someone he trusted. I find that person to be Hazrat Ali. Its seems logical to me as the prophet(saws) called him the ‘gate of knowledge’, kept him real close since the beginning, taught him, and even called him his(saws) brother. Its even recorded in sahih muslim that the prophet(saws) said to him ‘that you are to me as haroon(AS) was to musa(AS)’, which indicated two things ‘a brother and a prophet’ except ofcourse Ali could never be a prophet as there would be none after him(saws). He had all the attributes of a leader and a warrior and was knowledgeable. In Sahih muslime the prophet(saws) also said that he will leave behind two weighty things for if you take care you will never go astray ‘the quran and the ahlyl bayt’. After all of this it seems only reasonable that the prophet(saws) would leave behind a successor and that successor to be Ali. Now i dont know how much of the history is true but according all of my research a lot of what shia’s claim do make sense. There are reasonable doubts in the actions of certain companions. I dont curse anyone since im not sure of anything but the history and the ahadith present in the sunni books itself does produce reason to their claims.

Yes, we shia's do say "Ya Ali" and "Ya Hussein". But in specific situations. For example, when we are thirsty and drink water, we say Ya Hussein because of how thirsty he was during the battles. By saying this, we show our love and respect to them. Ya Ali, means "O Ali", means we remember their struggles and are grateful for what we have. We are not asking something from them. We only ask things from Allah our creator. Temporary marriage. This is done with strict rules between both the male and female. You can add special conditions and there is always an END date to that contract. I know so many Sunni friends that have done Zina/adultery with non-muslims. Temporary marriage can prevent adultery and watching adult content leading to sinful acts. Prophet Muhammad raised Ali Ibn Talib's hands and called him "Mawla". Which is why we celebrate Eid-E-Ghadeer, and we Shia's consider him our Imam. In the end, I love my Sunni brothers/sisters. So im not shia but there are a couple of things that i would like an answer to. I’ve been researching about the differences and haven’t come up with this notion of there being an ‘Ali’s Quran’. But even if thats true, that doesn’t sound logically right to me thats why i wont incline my belief with this notion. On the other hand, i do understand that some shia’s believe(again according to my research and conversations with shias) that The Holy Quran was compiled in the life of the Prophet(saws) in the book form. Now, that seems more reasonable to me than the companions later compiling it in the book form as in my opinion no companion could possibly have the knowledge of how to compile it themselves and at the same time preserve it perfectly as we have it today. It is however possible that, if not in the life of the Prophet(saws) he still managed to convey it to someone on how to compile it later and he must have given this authority to someone he trusted. I find that person to be Hazrat Ali. Its seems logical to me as the prophet(saws) called him the ‘gate of knowledge’, kept him real close since the beginning, taught him, and even called him his(saws) brother. Its even recorded in sahih muslim that the prophet(saws) said to him ‘that you are to me as haroon(AS) was to musa(AS)’, which indicated two things ‘a brother and a prophet’ except ofcourse Ali could never be a prophet as there would be none after him(saws). He had all the attributes of a leader and a warrior and was knowledgeable. In Sahih muslime the prophet(saws) also said that he will leave behind two weighty things for if you take care you will never go astray ‘the quran and the ahlyl bayt’. After all of this it seems only reasonable that the prophet(saws) would leave behind a successor and that successor to be Ali. Now i dont know how much of the history is true but according all of my research a lot of what shia’s claim do make sense. There are reasonable doubts in the actions of certain companions. I dont curse anyone since im not sure of anything but the history and the ahadith present in the sunni books itself does produce reason to their claims.

I know so many Sunni friends that have done Zina/adultery with non-muslims. Temporary marriage can prevent adultery and watching adult content leading to sinful acts.
