I live in this building currently, it’s amazing! only cons for me is I wish they had shorter lease terms (currently doing a 20mo because I got a deal)…the walls are thin. My advice to anyone looking at these converted office buildings to see how thin the walls are. We can hear our neighbors full conversations and parties. So we won’t be resigning the lease as I just wanted to test out downtown living but I’m going back to victory park in a cool high rise when this is all said and done 😆
I wind up leaving to Minnesota, the sky house and alexan crossings stress me out, I left my leases early. I couldn’t take it anymore. I don’t know about Texas anymore very erroneous is moving there, driving everything up.
@@freshswagga100so I ended up terminating my lease and will be moving beginning of July. Obviously I haven’t moved in yet, but I would recommend looking at the Sinclair residence. It’s across from the peridot and let me tell you it is LUXURY. The east quarter is also a really nice building and the Victor.

Worked in Thanksgiving Tower for years. Glad to see it thriving with new life.
