今天做了外婆的妈妈的蛋糕,超级好吃!第一次成功的做出来了糖汁,拿了温度计,眼睁睁的等着106度的出现....中途差点放弃😆,认为100度就真的不可以吗?🤨,后来还是坚持了一下,终于等到了110度的出现,关火,放巧克力。成功了!太有成就感了!再次谢谢小胡外婆的妈妈的配方!😂😂😂

奥地利人基本都会自己做蛋糕,去聚会或有朋友来家里都是吃自己做的蛋糕,很少买整个蛋糕送给别人,就像评论里说的就好像在中国买速冻水饺去别人家一样,有点奇怪😂 视频里的蛋糕像是家庭版的萨赫蛋糕,只是少了中间的黄杏果酱,杏仁碎是口感上也更有层次。淋面会有些甜,但蛋糕本身不是特别甜,这样搭配刚刚好。也想问问你们喜欢吃什么样的蛋糕?去朋友家或生日聚会会带什么样的蛋糕呢?

I forgot to ask you the other day, please let me know why is that I can’t bring the water/sugar solution to 106 degrees? Temperature stayed at 102 even after boiling for more than 6 minutes. Glazing tastes good but not glossy. Thanks.
