@@rayleigh3047 he upgraded after he fought chrollo before then I'm pretty sure illumi n hisoka were close in power n we tech haven't seen illumis full power either
@@rayleigh3047 All you mentioned is headcanon. It is not confirmed that Hisoka's postmortem boost remained (most likely not), at best he only showed a new ability of his. He got his ass handed to him easily by Chrollo, throughout the entire fight hisoka only landed a punch, and he only survived thanks to plot armor.

Netero would’ve ended that man had he actually tried to kill Gon.
He probably wouldn’t. HISOKA has more of a reason to than Netero. Netero barely knows Gon and other than him being interested in his potential, he doesn’t show any sort of real protective care towards him. The people of HxH have always been shown to be colder than regular people with very muddy morals. I mean Killua kills 2 people in cold blood earlier in that exam and nobody cared to even look into it (the anime changes this moment to be Killua acting in self defense but manga wise he legit just murders them because they annoyed him)
