They were known for their archers, in particular, the Kushites were known as the best archers in antiquities and during the Middle Ages were the first to defeat an early Islamic invasion at the Battle of Dongola's, Taharqa is literally my favourite Pharaoh and he is a Kushite during the 25th Dynasty.

NO other ethnic group shows a continuity in culture, linguistic or cosmology; outside the Africans; native ones. The Nubians were known for their skill in archery and also their war prowess. They were ferocious in battle and were efficient warriors, even to the point that they were often hired as mercenaries by different empires (Romans, Assyrians, Egyptians etc). You see this today in the modern day Sudanese population of the Northern, Central, and Eastern Sudan who are the descendants of Nubians and in Sudanese culture in general. Although we are warm and kind, we tend to be vicious whenever there’s a fight involved.
My friend Africans in generals are a force to be reckoned with. The fastest military advancement during WW1 and WW2 was recorded by Africans specifically the Royal west African frontier force. There is this misconception that white people came to Africa and fought and died but in reality the Europeans hired African warriors to do their dirty work they could not do.

They were for a while but the study of Nubia has become very very popular these days many Polish universities are investing in archeaological research within Sudan last year they found a huge cathedral in Old Dongola.
At the start of Kemet/Egypt, Nubians and Egyptians were the same thing. When the Nubian’s invaded Egypt prior to the 25th dynasty, the Egyptians requested that they come and help restore the land after several invasions. And they did for a time. Nubians taking over Egypt was always a renaissance in the traditional culture that Egypt came from. Nubians united their kingdom and made it stronger. No foreigners could get deep into Africa because of the cataracts of the Nile. This was a one way membrane. Culture came out of Africa and the Nile valley not into it. So all the mixed race, Arab, and Turks are foreigners and ancient mortal enemies of true African Egypt.

Nubia is a name of an historical region of Egypt and still part of modern Egypt.
By 'Nubian' you probably mean Kush (Kerma, Merowe).
There was actually no difference between Kush and Egypt until the New Kingdom period.
Nabta Playa is the Culture that is the root of Nile Valley Civilisation.
Nabta Playa is in East Sahara in what is now North West Sudan and South East Libya.
Nabta Playa was a 12000 year old Civilisation that evidences the rise of Agriculture in Africa. The Mushabians, spread Agriculture from East Sahara to the Levant upon mixing with the Keban to produce the Natufians.

Well it’s taught natives didn’t have horses until the Spanish brought them, so post 1500AD. And the indo-aryan people of the stepps and Assyrians were the first with horses, they also came down and ruled Egypt known as the Hyksos.
