Just flirting with anybody makes it all-the-more confusing. Why would anyone flirt with someone they're not interested in? Don't get friendliness and flirting mixed up.
Some people unconsciously seek validation through the means of flirting. You can easily tell if someone is interested in you if they are flirting while showing general interest in you.
Also if a girl really is into you she is going to randomly start appearing around you more often. She is going to remember things you tell her and make references and try to build inside jokes as she is wanting to build a relationship.
If a woman does all this to you, walk away. She's setting you up for sexual harassment charges. The law will not be on your side.

A girl that I like, makes eye contact several times a day and smiles at me. I also noticed that whenever I talk to her she turns her body towards me and leans a little. However she is very shy and not talkative so she can't keep the conversation going properly and just ask me whatever I ask her by saying, "and you?". We work at a grocery store so whenever she buys something, she checks out with me despite me having a long line (waits in the line). At this point I'm 90% sure that she likes me. I just need some motivation to ask her out since I'm shy too.

Flirting is just not a very reliable source for how she feels about you. For some women it's about getting attention and power (as I'm sure is the same for some men). You need to watch for other signs to see if she really likes you (as described in the video). But only real definite way is to ask her and see her reaction :D

Well, it depends what you mean by "make the first move". I've approached guys and made it clear I've liked them. I'm not going to chase a guy if he isn't into me, so I wait for him to ask me out once I show my interest. Also if a guy doesn't have the confidence to make a move, then I tend to lose interest in him pretty quick.

Hey guys I'm really stupid when it comes to this but I was wondering if this girl liked me. I saw this girl across the room and she was soo pretty I couldnt stop look staring at her the whole time I went to this church bible study. Again I'm not good at this that's why I'm asking. I saw her friend next to her speak to her whispering saying something about she thought I was cute when she saw me enter the room. When I was looking at the girl the whole time she didn't look away and looked at me the whole time I was speaking. She would just nod to what I was saying. I would just address everything I was saying towards her. And she just looked back at me. Unfortunately I went to the restroom at the end of the meeting and she was gone. But oddly enough I started my first year of college and she was in my class. She actually ended up sitting right next to me. I didn't have a pencil for my test so I asked her for one but I was so unbelievably nervous to even talk to her. But she gave me one of hers and when I gave it back and just said thanks she had a really big smile on her face towards me and she touched my arm which made me even more nervous. But since I didn't say more to her Maybe a minute later I saw her look at me and eye me up and down and look away and a second later and then look back at me. But I was so nervous I didn't look back at her. Then she took off her sweatshirt and stretched her arms upward and I glanced out of the corner of my eye at her and she reput her sweatshirt back on. Guys I apologize I'm just an idiot when it comes to this but do you think she was interested in me? And if so could it have possibly have been more than just being a friend? I'm just so unbelievably nervous because she is probably one of the prettiest girls I have ever seen. She is like probably the prettiest girl in school. first vid ive seen of yours. maybe youre in a part of the world where flirting means something different. Flirting is not and has never been "just being social". Flirting is, most of the time, an indicator of at least some kind of attraction- even if its not to the level of wanting to pursue something. Its basically a quick admission that something is cute or kind of cute about the person. Anything other than that is simply being friendly. I do it a lot when i run into a spot to grab something to eat- If i make a joke or talk more than i need to w/ the girl who takes my order or rings me up, im prob conveying that theres something cute about her but doesnt necessarily i want her number. however, there are times when im friendly w/ one of these women but am in no way flirting

How long has she been doing that? Anything under a few weeks to a few months means she's not interested or is uncertain. Anything under that amount of time may be because she's shy. Gauge her reaction around other people and observe how she acts is all I can say at the moment.
