Thank you for showing the aftermath. Nobody does that and it really paralleled my experience. I did it last night and while dealing with the mouth heat was quite challenging it was nothing compared to the afterburn. I do i put a whole one in my ramen it was great the burn was intense but it didn't last long,they say some of us have different receptors in our mouth so some of us experience the capsaicin at different levels so for one person it can be extremely intense and for another person not so intense.

I won one of these blind ( I won one) and ate it at my break room at work. Everyone was freaking out about how much I was sweating, the burning goes away quickly. I didn't drink anything. It upset my stomach, not to vomit levels. I did try and go home from work early though. You're a champ dude, any video you do just is great and creative. Keep it up.

I've seen ALOT of ppl do this challenge. I think the trick is to understand that relief isn't really possible (or if it is, it's merely temporal at best) & you should go into the challenge knowing that you will have to wait out the burn regardless of your attempt to counter it.
