I am happy to see that the county grand jury indicted these 4, all 4 should be in custody of the Sheriff's Office as juveniles can be held in the adult jail because they will be tried as adults. When I worked the jails we had a few pods full of juvenile offenders!! It depends on the juvenile judges to remand them over to the adult courts and jails, it seems all 3 juveniles were determined to be tried as adults, this will carry much stiffer penalties!!! I served on a county grand jury, and nothing goes out of that room period!! County Attorney Mitchell is not playing any games, if I were involved I would turn myself in rather than getting woke up early morning as SWAT raids my house!!! I hope and feel the family is happier, but then they knew the stage of the investigation, and I am sure either the county attorney or the chief called to inform them of the indictments and arrests!!

We don't need a lecture from Mrs Schoolmarm Mitchell. If they did theor job and communicated properly, and investigated these violent crimes when they first being reported two years ago there wouldn't be a silent space and fodder for conspiracy and inappropriate social media posts..

Why can't people just let them do a thorough investigation without getting so vocal. Have seen this happen so much and almost ruin investigations because they think they are entitled to know everything the invesigators find without understanding how they can screw things up for the case. Seen this in Idaho with the Daybell case.

🤥 ~ This prosecutor is a liar, according to Preston‘s parents. The investigation was at least somewhat botched. So it is ironic that this woman comes out and slams the New York City Manhattan prosecutor in a political press conference when the murder rate in her county is actually much worse than New York City Manhattan. And I agree with some of the things she said about the prosecutor, but she said it as a political smoke and mirrors not because it was true. Because if it was true she would be criticizing herself. And I know we all like to criticize some of these so-called “progressive“ prosecutors, but I live in a Republican city/county/state and I have known for over 15 years that the murder rate in my city is much higher than New York City. I didn’t believe it when I first heard it it was amazing to me based on what I’ve always seen on television. But just because something doesn’t seem true doesn’t mean it isn’t true. I know society cares less and less about honesty and accuracy, but I still do.
Remember, it only became Herculean effort. Once a fire was lit under them from all the public outrage don’t be fooled by them people.
