I used to work in care and one job I would do 12 hour shifts 4 on 4 off with alternating nights and days (so 4 days, 4 off, 4 night, 4 off etc) and another job the most I did in a single month was 28 x 14 hour shifts in a row (had one sick day after from sheer exhaustion) and they took my over time rate off me for that whole month đ I do not miss working in healthcare and I respect anyone who can do it
It saves more energy keeping your house at a constantly low temp, versus turning it off at night or during the day, actually costs that part of your electrical bill 5xs as much, if not more (look this up and donât just believe a random off of the internet⊠but when I learned this and why it is, it actually makes so much sense).
