      Before you start taking supplements, learn what good nutrition is FOR YOU. The reason why I specified for you is because only you can know what works and doesn't work for you. What food you should eat or avoid, how much of a surplus you should be on, macros, etc. You really don't need supplements if you know how to eat well. It is really a waste of money even if it works. And if you nail your training variables and rest well, there won't be too much issues in your journey. There isn't a need to make it more complicated than it already is.
      P.S. Do your own research. Instead of asking someone on the internet for advice, search for it from reputable sources. And cross check with other reputable sources as well to avoid misinformation. Learn to be independent instead of asking others for advice all the time and letting strangers make the decision for you.

    The posture myth needs to die tbh. Jeff Nippard has a great video about it. "The best posture is your next posture". You don't have to keep your shoulders back and back straight all the time. Your body has to keep moving from time to time. The best advice is to just move around and not be sedentary. Some amount of shoulder rounding is normal. And even if someone thinks they have bad posture, it will become "good" after training for a few months. And if anyone has scoliosis or some spine issues, they can't stand straight or may not look like they have good posture.
