Me alegro que ya esté tomado forma pero me di cuenta que no le pusiste gomas entre el rompe piedras y el chasis de trasporte para amortiguar las vibraciones y le vas a colocar en el siguiente episodio o no planeas colocarle ????
Why have you not finished the ATV you haven’t painted it like always ?? Looks like it needs a few things to finish it off
To me or is it ?!?!
@@elgarajedetk r cccffxx
Do you have the drawings in dxf or CAD dwg for sharing, thanks.
Hello Donn,,, I liked you videos,,,I liked you job plus you equipment,,,. I loved,,,from Virginia
Somehow I feel like I'm a member of the "A Team" when watching your videos. But, I do love it when a plan comes together 😜 enjoyed 👍 👍
Pity The Fool!
When using hole saws, I blow compressed air on them, it keeps them cool and keeps chips from binding up and ripping teeth off. Great work as always!
I like to send the pilot three what I’m doing, score where the hole saw it self will cut, then drill another small hole where the saw scored so chips can fall out of the hole, and use compressed air 👍🏻 takes another minute longer but it works for me
Most important is to keep your drill speed and pressure low, to fast as used here over heats the drill teeth and shortens if not totally ends the drills life. .
Auch wenn der Steinpeiser kein Lenkrad hat,
DU BIST DER BESTE
Damn I love the stuff you can make!...much respect from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼🇿🇼🇿🇼
It’s really looking good now Donn !! Thanks for sharing with us, Fred. 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👋👋
Rumours have it that donn DIY created his entire workshop from scratch
Whenever he wants to make anything, he ends up with a battle tank...
He pretty much did.
Nope he buys all new tools, leaves them to rust in the yard. Then recombines them into works of mechanical art.
Wish I could lay down perfect welds like Donn. 👍
They're not perfect. I'm no professional welder. 😉😁 But thank you!
Can't wait for the next installment 👍💯
That's a really fantastic build. Not many people build rock crushers, but I think you hit it out of the park. It sure looks like a beast. Great job!
I love it when your plan comes together :)
Hi Donn,
Your skills are so darn impressive.
Beautiful work, just fantastic.
Thanks for the video, and I hope we're going to see some
crushing next week.
I was into Contracting Highway Construction before retiring. You've created a nice jaw crusher...it would work great for a "piliot mill".
Looks like a nice build. By the looks of the rust on that Peugeot, they must use salt on the roads in you part of Europe. No shortage here in Minnesota in the winter either. Lol
Here in Newfoundland its all rust buckets here as well
@@djsnowman06 gotta get one of them Labrador trucks.
Yes, lots of salt. All the cars rot eventually.
Pretty cool build. I repair small crushers like this for Rocklabs and am in Nevada now doing that. For your jaws you may want to see if you can get some hardened AR plate. The rocks will destroy the mild steel and rebar in no time.
Watch for any deformation or cracks at the bottom, the pressure to crush rocks is incredible Great job, lots of work you have done.
Good to see your brother is still "voluntarily" donating his car parts.
Looking great! Enjoying watching all of your builds
Your jaw rock crusher is gonna be built better than any you can buy from a manufacturer. It's looking great, excited to see the first crushed products dropping out the bottom.
Long wait is over, yet again. 💪
💪😁
Друг, делать то, что ты делаешь тебя сам Бог благословил! Очень круто!
The A-Team was one of my favorite childhood TV shows. It’s appropriate for your shop!
Im' really always impressed in your videos for the perfection of welding work!!!
That song you have stuck in your head when you build things Donn is the sound of genius at play!!!😜
Looking good can't wait to see it finished.
It's very satisfying to watch your welding work and skills. The result looks perfect! Tervitused Soomest!😁
Tervitused Eestist!🤙
This build is totally awesome. Love how quickly you can put a trailer together. Maybe only slightly jealous? Excited for the next episode and then the next project!
Завидую белой завистью за прямые руки!
Donn for president!! (-:
А что завидовать,бери и делай,кто и что мешает делать так же,а может и лучше.
amazing mug!
"moin" or in hamburg "moin moin" is a north german variation of "morgen" (which is the short form of "guten morgen" --> good morning). but unlike "morgen" and "guten morgen" you can say "moin" / "moin moin" any time of the day as a greeting.
This was brought to us from a german. 😉
@DonnDIY you should build a gantry crane for moving heavy items... Will free up floor space.
You beat me to it, I was going to suggest the same thing.
He said something about one on the way.
I'll have a proper gantry crane in my next workshop. If not in this life then maybe in the next one. 😁
Чертовски мощный аппарат! ))) Довольно сложный и великолепно получается!
Я понимаю камни дробить на щебень этот аппарат
Can't wait to see this thing in action!!
Love your " Moin Moin" mug!
And the trailer will make a nice mobile crushing system!
:-D
I'm loving this build... your really 'crushing' it.

Oi, you crazy man! Cheers!😁
Now this is a project I’m waiting to see work. Planning on building my own.
I hope to get it running this week. New video on Friday.👍
Can’t wait to see the aftermath!
From North Alabama, USA. I have been following your channel for a long time and continue to throughly enjoy your videos…!
Cara você é muito bom
Exelente trabalho
I think its already late, but I'm only found your channel now :)
On industrial application we used triple washers, then couple of springwasher and a nylock for all the screws. Otherwise the vibration will loosen all your bolts. We use Countersung headed screws from the inside, so it is flat with surface(it wear out later), and from the outside you can use the pneumatic wrench to tighten it up(the conical surfaces friction holding it without a key on the otherside). And when the jaw plates needed replacement, we just torch cutted the bolts, and replaced them.
Great work as always.
Awesome build!
Love your videos. Looking forward to the crushing end.
Did some nice work again sir !
Perfection!
Caveman: "When crush rocks? Crush rocks now??"
Great job, waiting for next episode👍
BRAVO OTTIMO lavoro 👍👍👍
Awesome 👍👍👍Thanks for sharing
The "A" Team? - I was expecting the theme from mission Impossible !!!
Great fab work man!!
Да, этого парня уже не остановить!
Man that looks great
Hey Don great update as always. About the hole saws, instead of hole saws you could try annular cutters. They are more expensive but also way better suited for thicker materials and you can cut more aggresive with them. Greetings from the Netherlands, Mark
Very interesting Mark. I was surprised to see him using a hole saw but until today I've never heard of an Annular Cutter, thank you. I need one of these magnetic mount machines.
Perfect work bro 🤞🙏🙏
You would make a great neighbour 😃
All coming together, I bet many viewers would love to work with you, I do. Yes just to watch the welds so clean and amazing. I will sign up for class. I see weather not so nice, enjoy your time, big thanks....... :)
Weather getting colder indeed.
Your welding getting pretty good!
Keep up the great projects. Always enjoy your channel.
Mr chop is the best
Lookin Pretty Good Man
I like the face you drew on your chop saw Donny, I was laughing as he opened and closed his mouth when you cut your material.. Lol! :D
Is the impact wrench also a makita knockoff?
Great job man! That trailer is going to work out really good for it! Wondered how you was going to haul it around can't wait to see it in operation I'm sure it'll be smashing........ haha get it smashing !!👍👍👍
this guy is as good or better than any builder on CZcams.
good time of the day there are drawings of the crusher hello from Kazakhstan
Looking good. The home stretch...
just over 5 minutes in. That is looking heavy duty
Hello friend🤝, everything is super, as always fascinating,I don't even rewind it very exciting and interesting 💪 😀 👍 👍 👍
😲👍 Krásná práce
With the rock crusher taking priority on completion of the ATV, I'm guessing the shop expansion may be happening sooner than later? Regardless, I look forward to seeing this machine work.
No worries, UTV will return soon. Shop expansion has to wait. 😉
Good looking unit
very nice work!
Yer craftsmanship gets better with each build bud. Im very impressed. You're a talented young fella. I love watching yer stuff. Keep up the good work!!! Casanova Pennsylvania out.
Another quality video Donn.
You always seem to have the perfect scraps laying around to build your projects !
It's good that you can re purpose stuff.
Cheers from Sydney Australia

I've never gotten more than 5 holes out of those types of hole saws. I usually buy a whole dozen because i know they won't last long. Still cheaper than other saws, and the kerf is small.
Have you tried Milwaukee hole saws, that are made for metal?
Молодец. Прекрасная работа.
6:56 Всегда рад видеть юмор в высококвалифицированной работе. 😀😀😀
You are the A-Team!
Very skilled , keep up the excellent work and content . From U.K. .
I want ur workshop. It is my goal now. seeing you work and ur machines$ are awesome keep it up man
Hello Donn very good you getting close to finish i like your work well done
THere is a neat little jaw crusher on display in Death Valley. A pack of cigarettes just fits in the jaw opening.
