    You are so informative, been loving all your videos, what's the diference between the keratin treatment and this, also do more videos on davines products like masks would love to see results from that because i know they carry a gloss treatment for hair😆😘

      Thank you soo much for the love!! I will definitely have to take you up on that! Whereas Keratin treatments are smoothing treatments that contain the protein keratin, produced by many different brands and manufacturers. ... The Brazilian blowout puts a protein coating on the hair that helps reduce bulk and volume as well as curl.

    I just had a Brazilian done yesterday. My stylist did color on my hair per usual, then washed it, put the bonding spray on it and combed through like you did. Then rinsed it, dried it and flat ironed at 420° like you, But THAT WAS IT. She told me to not wash the 1 st day. The 2nd day to rinse it and use the Brazilian deep conditioner, put in for 1 minute and rinse out?! THATS ALL. I’ve been seeing her 12 years, she had 2 kids the last 2 years and since then my highlites r more yellow and after watching a few blowout vids she cut corners here too…My question for you is Will my hair last or no?! May I ask what you charge for a Blowout? I paid $300 Four a color and blowout. You do beautiful work! Please lmk your thoughts on missing that whole last step. Ugh

    it looks so amazing at the end😭 I have a brazilian blowout scheduled for tomorrow but I’m soooo scared that it will ruin my 3a curl pattern after the treatment wears off in a few months- I’ve read about circumstances where curly haired girls said their pattern never looked the same afterwards & actual brazilians saying that the treatment ruins your hair on the inside and just seals it all in a shiny exterior and was wondering if you could shed any light on this if possible! i want the results in the vid but i justttt got used to managing my curly hair and am afraid to ruin my progress :(

    • @lifewithart2901
      @lifewithart2901  Před 3 lety

      Omg!! Sorry I’m just now seeing this. How is your hair?! It really depends on your curl pattern, how you mostly wear your hair, and how it’s done. I hope your enjoying it!!

  • @whiterabbit3382

    Can you have color done at the same time? Would they do it before the treatment? Thanks!!

    • @lifewithart2901
      @lifewithart2901  Před 3 lety

      It’s best to wait 2 weeks after. If you decide to do the color before. It’ll pull out some of the color when using the first step of clarifying the hair. If you do the Brazilian first and wait 2 weeks, you’ll actually save time and products. Depending on the density of the hair.

    I just got certified and my landlord is forbidding that I use it. In the class they explained the formaldehyde gas and the possibility of the process of flatironing or too much product left in the hair. A little frustrating that I bought an expensive package 🤔😱

    ive gotten curly perms for about 7 years but i stopped getting them a couple months ago. before i got perms my hair was very straight. my hair is now wavy sense the perm came out. so if i were to get a brazilian blowout, when the blowout starts to fall out would my hair go wavy again or stay straight sense i originally has straight hair?

    • @lifewithart2901
      @lifewithart2901  Před 3 lety

      For sure. The Brazilian Blowout is literally just an anti frizz and will only last for 12 weeks. That’s also depending on how many times you are washing your hair a week. Your hair will eventually go back to it’s normal texture. That’s when you’ll know you need another application 👌🏼

  • @DorisR184

    I had a brazilian blowout consultation with my stylist, and she told me she doesn't rinse it out. She always recommends that her clients wait 3-4 days before washing their hair at home. She also said it supposedly lasts longer that way, but I decided to hold off because this recommendation goes against everything I've seen. She also uses the same Brazilian blowout brand you use in your video. Do you think I should find someone else for the treatment?

  • @kellydonmoyer7613
    @kellydonmoyer7613 Před 6 měsíci

    My hair is curly and frizzy. It isn’t really thick do you think that it would be good for someone who doesn’t have thick hair. It isn’t thin but not thick kind of in between.

    • @amyhood6562
      @amyhood6562 Před 5 měsíci

      I have naturally curly hair that is thinning and I find that I don’t have as much body until after the treatment wears off. I wouldn’t say it was super dramatic for me especially if used the right styling products. I was okay with the loss off volume when I was thin enough I was using hair fibers. Now I like the treatments for the ease of blending my hair with hair pieces at this point. If you’re in need of helper hair like me I wouldn’t recommend it but if you’re a tad thin it might not mind.

    I got this treatment done and my technician didn’t rinse the treatment out of my hair 😣. What do I do? He just styled it like you did in step 2 but didn’t rinse and style again. It was my first time getting one so I didn’t know. Is it normal for them to leave it in the hair?

    • @lifewithart2901
      @lifewithart2901  Před 2 lety

      You definitely want to make sure you are using all 3 steps for longer lasting results. It’s very important, I had a client who did the same, but wasn’t achieving the max results. She then started completing all 3 steps. To me, that’s just a fast way out of it. You definitely want to get your money’s worth. It should last up to 12 wks depending on how many times you wash your hair a week. How is your hair doing?

      It’s supposedly a treatment girl, it’s not a perm or relaxer. If it changed the form of your hair THEN you should go and get your money back cause you’ve been tricked. I’m brazilian and have been watching a lot of videos trying to find out the equivalent of a “brazilian blowout” in brazilian portuguese, but still haven’t figured out. If it is what I think it is, definitely harsh chemicals in disguise.

    Does the Hair curl back after some time. I mean is it something I can wash out after 2-3 Month or so.
    And must I do it on virgin hair or can I do a this on a curly perm.
    Just for explanation.
    I'm dark skinned have very corse hair I sometimes do a curly perm to change my curl pattern to then later straighten it if I feel like.
    So is it possible with this Brazilian blow out of I wait 3 Month after a perm?

    • @lifewithart2901
      @lifewithart2901  Před 3 lety

      You can definitely get a Brazilian Blowout after any chemical service! It’s last for about 12wks depending on how many times you wash your hair a week. It’s an anti frizz treatment, so the hair will eventually go back to its normal texture. Just make sure you do the steps correctly and wait 48hrs after you use the Brazilian Blowout to get the best results 👌🏼
