Are you planning any videos for reproductive system. I am sure many people wouldn’t know complexity of it and how it’s essential. Continue the good work!

Please make a video on how exercise is exactly related to slow aging (As people look much younger when they workout).
And since the process of aging is mostly related to DNA replication and chromosome shortening, so how exercise helps in this?
Very interesting session, specially the data like how many times heart beats/day, length of nerves, 80b neurons etc.
Finally 👏🏻👏🏻. Eagerly waiting for the next session. Do it soon please 😊

Why do we always say muscle contraction but not muscle expansion. Muscle contracts and expands both, right?
No muscle fibers only contract
@@Fittrjc sorry for the question again, taking an example, biceps will contract while triceps will expand in a bicep curl exercise 🤔 Am i wrong here?
@@09wildme biceps brachii will contract , tricep brachii will passively lengthen. Passive lengthening is more like stretching due to external forces, not quite the same
Oh i get it now. Thanks. 🙏
Can you make hindi videos??
I have. Check my old videos on motion nutrition hydration
@@Fittrjc saare dekh daale bhai wo to
Can someone simmarise ?
You’ve a body, body has organs, they’re made up of cells
Got it, thanks JC. And Every cell in the human body contains protein. Looking forward to the follow up Video. 👍
@@Fittrjc Sir, I've a suggestion sorry if I'm wrong. Could you please explain in Hinglish format as you do in your reels, I think it will be slightly more easy to understand for many people .
Copied from @institute of human anatomy
Not a single word.
Bhai Hindi me Video banaya karo please ..your English speaking style is super boring and viewer end up losing the interest very soon.. not very effective..constructive feedback
English is beneficial for majority people
Hinglish would be better 💯
Agree try Hinglish next time to engage the audience.
