    Thanks J C sir im a 35 yr old women who's weight 86 kg earlier it was 96 kg..after listening to ur earlier videos i got to know how body works and why every thing is connected needed to done to achieve a fit body..ur old videos like motion nutrition hydration n sleep so much detailed information..as wel this video too..want to learn more will be waiting for next...i hv search youtube but nobody can give this much detail information..👍👍👍

    Please make a video on how exercise is exactly related to slow aging (As people look much younger when they workout).
    And since the process of aging is mostly related to DNA replication and chromosome shortening, so how exercise helps in this?

    Why do we always say muscle contraction but not muscle expansion. Muscle contracts and expands both, right?

      No muscle fibers only contract

      @@Fittrjc sorry for the question again, taking an example, biceps will contract while triceps will expand in a bicep curl exercise 🤔 Am i wrong here?

      @@09wildme biceps brachii will contract , tricep brachii will passively lengthen. Passive lengthening is more like stretching due to external forces, not quite the same
