My 4" tube fender kit came with 4 triangular bracket plates and some small hardware in a bag labeled "10w". I don't see it mentioned in the instructions anywhere. What are these for?

2005 Lj Rubicon purchased the 4” alloy standard fender and inner fender.
1 - does inner fender require trimming to clear stock spring and shock tower? Seems to bind up pretty good getting behind tower.
2- is inner fender supposed to fasten to all four (big washer/bolt) contact points on battery tray / accessory tray support structure? It seems to only want to make contact with two otter holes
3 - is it required to cut and bend tray support structure to make fender be cable to attach to the two outter bolt holes at rear of fender? These holes do not come close to lining up in both distance or angle.
4 - am i able to retain the windshield washer reservoir

Hi Tony. Awesome video! These fenders look great! I own a 97’ wrangler 4cyl. Previous owner removed the power steering reservoir and hoses. I’ve been having trouble finding a replacement reservoir. Can you please help me come up with an alternative solution? Any other compatible reservoirs? I hate having no power steering. Thank you in advance. #GENRIGHT
Your best chance of finding a replacement is looking for one in a junkyard.
