Khumuri hinna refers to the head covering and Allah commands for it to be brought forward instead of in the back, if Allah wanted he could just have said cover youre chest, but he afirms the khimar then Allah says
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَـٰبِيبِهِنَّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰٓ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًۭا رَّحِيمًۭا
O Prophet! Tell your wives, daughters, and believing women to draw their cloaks over themselves. In this way it is more likely that they will be recognized ˹as virtuous˺ and not be harassed. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.1

Ibn Abbas narrated said “When Allah’s Messenger (pbuhahf) was on his deathbed and there were some men in the house, he said, ‘Come near, I will write for you a writing after which you will never go astray.’ One of them said, ‘Allah’s Messenger is seriously ill and you have the Qur’an. Allah’s Book is sufficient for us.’ So the people in the house differed and started disputing. Some of them said, Come near so that Allah’s Messenger may write for you a writing after which you will never go astray, while the others said what the other one said. When they made much noise and differed greatly before the Prophet (pbuhahf), he said to them, ‘Go away and leave me.’ Ibn Abbas used to say, No doubt, it was very unfortunate (a great disaster) that Allah’s Messenger was prevented from writing for them that writing because of their differences and noise.”
- Sahih Bukhari, Abi Abdullah Muhammad ibn Isma’il Al-Bukhari, Book Ibn 'Abbas narrated: When Allah's Apostle was on his death-bed and in the house there were some people among whom was Umar bin Al-Khattab, the Prophet said, " Come, let me write for you a statement after which you will not go astray." Umar said, "The Prophet is seriously ill and you have the Qur'an; so the Book of Allah is enough for us." The people present in the house differed and quarreled. Some said "Go near so that the Prophet may write for you a statement after which you will not go astray," while the others said as Umar said.
When they caused a hue and cry before the Prophet, Allah's Apostle said, "Go away!" 'Ubaidullah said: Ibn 'Abbas used to say, "It was very unfortunate that Allah's Apostle was prevented from writing that statement for them because of their disagreement and noise. Narrated from Ibrahim bin Musa, from Hisham, from Muamar, from Abdullah bin Muhammad, from Abdulrazak, from Muamar, from Al-Zahri, from Ubaidullah bin Abdullah, from Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them), he said:

Ibn Abbas said: Thursday, and what a Thursday that was! The Messenger’s pain became very severe, and he said, “Come here, I will write you a document which will prevent you from straying from the right path.” But Umar said that the Prophet was under the spell of the pain, and that they had the Qur’an, which was sufficient being the Book of Allah.
