    I completely agree with the first 2 tips. Those can be said for all muscles.
    The 3rd tip, that people aren't going heavy enough, I am not sure about. You go into almost any gym and you will see people doing Hip thrusts to get the bar up on a bb Curl. I get cheat Curls, but people are doing them from rep #1.

      I do it weird. I get the connection with moderate weight get rhe blood pumping then move up to about my 4 th 6 rep range for 3 good sets to failure. after my last failed set I treat myself for my hard work by waiting 1 min then going right into cheats for negatives. I use heavy weight and benefit by it by using negative controlled reps to failure for 3 more sets. most people go down in weight after working sets while I go up lol

    when you're standing up, your delts are getting hit as well + your back and legs are involved. if you only want to work the biceps itself, it has to be an isolation exercise. seated dbs, preacher curls with the bar or dbs, etc. much harder to cheat when your back and delts are taken out of the equation. i like to use the preacher bench and stand over it with my arm stretched all the way down on the pad and do some slow, controlled reps with full range of motion. try that and let me know if that doesn't burn your arms up.

    Good to see this,alot of these techniques were used in at a place called "The King Center", Milwaukee where a Mr.Glass workout wardrobe was what he has on,we very seldom saw exposed arms,pullovers,sweat pants,boots etc.Very few machines,90% free weights,it was like a brotherhood, there were some huge, strong guys there and they made sure the weight room was respected,miss those days.Mr.Glass is no doubt a legend 💪💪💪💪💪

    Going heavy on bicep wrecked my forearms for years. Was shown the drag curl about 20 yrs ago but he used it as a finisher, lighter weight and double the time from bottom to top and back down its a brilliant exercise.

      As long as you’re in a deficit, you’re losing weight
      You can still be in a surplus fasting
      And skipping breakfast is missing out on protein synthesis

    Hey quick tip,
    Stop worrying about if workouts are hitting the wrong muscles. Once you get past 6 months you should be adding all sorts of exercises to make your body work harder to get more gains. As long as you get the key exercises in that you know for sure are hitting the right spots don't worry about the extra stuff you add in. I look at the added exercises as fun and military style meaning you are just going to get a workout total body and burn calories. Less talking most lifting worry about the small stuff later once you reach a good level.

    Troyster, what’s good brotha…?!! The last place I visited was Chittagong, Bangladesh. Was a passenger in a jeep and drove miles on Cox’s Bizzare, (longest stretch of beach). I was working in the garment industry. My question: are BCAA’s essential to your diet and how much cardio is too much?

      good questions... BCAA's aren't essential, just eat enough protein and you get them. I dont do much cardio, i just like doing HIIT 2-3x a week for fat loss. too mjch cardio would be like more than 1 hour a day

      Nobody Trains Biceps Every Day? You Would Over Train So Fast. 2 Times Max Per Week.

    It's no secret you need to hit every angle for every muscle.
    People get so locked into the basics and there's nothing wrong w that but for an overall complete physique you need to hit every angle.
    So instead of thinking sets and reps think how to hit the muscles from a variety of angles
